Geographical Confusion Mars Launch of new LYM Congressional Candidacies: Dave Christie Launches Bid for Washington 9th with Hard Hitting Blistering Attack on Oregon 3rd Inbcumbent Earl Blumenauer worthy of Delia Lopez

Sunday, January 2nd, 2011

A sentence that is sure to be brought into wikipedia:

LaRouche, a polarizing political figure and eight-time presidential candidate, served 5 years of a 15-year sentence in federal prison.

There is an arbitrariness for the word “polarizing”.  Sometimes it gets used for matters that have approval ratings in the 70-30 split range.  This usage, I am having trouble conceptualizing the polarity.  Can someone diagram this magnet for me?
Your wikipedia update, by the way: Will Weback removed a dead link to the wikipedia page for Dennis King (as there is no longer a wikipedia page based on him).  The Larouche Wikipedia Team chimed in with a couple of insults of Dennis King as “not the King you were looking for” and “permanently unnoteworthy.”  That’s the big news item in Larouche Wikipedia Team Action.  I’ll keep you abreast of future activity on this front.

My thought on reading that Dave Christie is now running for the Democratic nomination in a Congressional district out of Seattle, out of a slate of six Larouchies — you could say they’ve doubled the square but a more accurate reading is that they’ve made a pentagram out of a triangle — was… They cannot possibly be running against Jim McDermott.  That makes no sense given the org’s political feignings — it’d be like challenging Dennis Kucinich.  Then again, this is a world where the Larocuhies have the Democrats divided in the familiar “FDR and etc” category against the “DLC / New” category, and slot Bill Clinton (and Big Time) in the former category.
But there was the qualifier — “Seattle area”, and with that, they’re challenging Adam Smith of the 9th Congressional District.  Kind of.

The district actually makes some sort of sense for the Larouchies, if you consider the big population center of “SeaTac” is practically named after the airport — and so they can double their supposed electoral battle against Representative Adam Smith with their actual contest against the Hare Krishnas.   OR. It appears they will be spending a majority of the campaign in McDermott’s district, which is just as well — it is the media market.  But we get some further geographic confusion.  Dave Christie uses his campaign announcement speech to brush lightly against the Member of Congress Adam Smith to launch a full attack on the 18th century Economist as one of the Fathers of Naziism:

And what we see then, is with Adam Smith’s writing, the idea that man is merely a beast, pursuing pleasure, avoiding pain, we see the later writings of Bentham, whose utilitarian philosophy was essentially that. Bentham also was writing for the British East India Company. And that utilitarian theory was at the core of the Nazi system.

From there he jumps down to his real target of enmity, the member of Congress from Portland — Earl Blumenauer.  And while I could venture into the virtues of his part in “end of life counselling” and discuss the matter of the Weasel that is Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley, the more interesting part of the full frontal attack comes in in the following paragraph.  We’ve see that the Larouche og has been where others of his ilk have been — Wayne Madsen for instance, and it seems obviously Webster Tarpley — in describing off of something called “Ulstermann” a world where Obama is in a Nixon-like situation of talking to presidential portraits.  Apparently Earl Blumenauer has joined in on that fun!

And I would ask Blumenauer, who would he maybe be more afraid of confronting? Goering? Or Franklin Roosevelt? Perhaps walking to Roosevelt, and saying, “You know, FDR, the New Deal, the Glass-Steagall, this is all antiquated. We New Democrats have the solution — bailouts, austerity for the states and cities! We don’t need to put anybody to work, we’ll just start killing off the elderly, to get the resources for the bailouts. And, y’know Roosevelt, the war has been difficult for you, I see it — have you considered end-of-life counseling?” Perhaps Blumenauer would find Franklin Roosevelt’s wheelchair so far up his ass, he may not know what to do.

And if you think that’s harsh, you should have heard what he had to say to John Quincy Adams!  (Of course, Blumenauer’s high-five to Woodrow Wilson was simply disgraceful and shocking.)
I can only assume that the Larouche org saw that Delia Lopez already have this particular electoral market cornered (and in the general election yet).

Things get a bit more geographically confusing.  Shortly before making this big announcement, Dave Christie took his act, running the Larouche Youth Movement Basement Team, over to Kennewick.  (Yes, you read that right.  Kennewick.)  They appear to have reneted out a hall, plastered it with “Larouche Pac” stickers, and made big announcements on their big plans for Hanford.  (The people of the Radioactive Tumble-Weed have been warned… but, you know what type of stories they’re familiar with reading and seeing)

As the intersection of three rivers, the Yakima, Snake, and Columbia Rivers, and with its plentiful farmland, as well as home to the Hanford Nuclear Reservation, the Tri-Cities of Washington could not be better situated as the site of the first NAWAPA conference in the Pacific Northwest, December 4th, 2010. […]

Dave Christie, of LaRouche PAC, started with an introduction of the panelists, mentioning that this NAWAPA conference was not just in what appeared to be the middle of nowhere, but was rather part of an international fight against the British Empire to fight for development, as opposed to the globalization policy of de-industrialization.

Scattered in this conference there was undoubtedly a mix of something worthwhile — somewhere after the news that this is a major front in the battle against the British Empire.  The Larouche speakers seem to come out loopily followed by more reasonable concerns from — what the hell was Hanford Advisory Board Keith Smith doing with this thing?

Kirsch then introduced Keith Smith, former head of the Machinists Union for southern Washington, and a retired machinist at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation, where he also sits on the Hanford Advisory Board. Smith provided insight into scaling issues, making the point that due to the size of NAWAPA, simply scaling machinery up in a linear fashion results in exponential rates of complexity and or problems. He then went into some of the concerns around training a young generation of machinists, since it takes approximately 5 years and many of our skilled machinists are now approaching retirement.

It doesn’t take too much imagination to see where this conclusion splits into two different worlds:

But perhaps the most interesting part of the conference was the relationship between the presenters and the audience. There was a lively back and forth throughout the whole conference, essentially ending in a discussion that circled around the basic question of how you organize. It was here that Kirsch and other members of LaRouche PAC, both full-time members and active supporters, led the discussion on sticking to principle above all else. From the interviews that followed, many of the attendees left emboldened with their own sense of how to organize on based solely on principle.

I wonder… did this thing happen in a vacuum, or did it filter in any form whatsoever in any local press or media — a press release statement in the “events” section of the Tri-Cities Herald, perhaps?

Another candidate that brings about Geographic Confusion is Diane Sare, who says she is running in the “New Jersey-Philadelphia region”.  Given that this covers two states, I can only assume she will be campaigning across multiple congressional districts at area post offices, see which one meets her the most favorable response, and take the fight there.  We may also have an answer to who gets to speak to media outlets — if we see them smiling for the camera and not answering questions with a “We don’t talk to the Media” — it seems to suggest an improvement in chances that they’ll be tapped for electoral office — see here.

We can assume that the third new Congressional candidate — for the “Detroit area” — will not be running against Conyers or Dingell.  More on this whenever they decide to put him in an actual congressional district race.

Going down the comments for the Ballot Access News clips, we see that the campaign manager for the two Larouche nominees of Illinois in 1986, Gerald Pechenuk, chimes in against Rahm Emanuel. This is neither here nor there, Bill Clinton will surely do everything in his power to stop this Mad Man from ascending up the ladder to Chicago Mayor.  (If it weren’t for intervention on the part of the Emanuel style Eugenics Democrats, we’d have seen Adlai Stevenson III get to the presidency with Economics Adviser Larouche in tow.  Or so Pechenuk says.  Too bad he wasn’t quite where is now in 1986:

LaroucheIsRight:  The fun thing to think about for me, is that in three thousand years of this war the Oligarchy has never faced a foe as competent as Lyndon LaRouche. He is the best General our side has ever had. I don’t mean to say people should get giddy, but we can win this time if we focus and must every once of fight within us. I hope those who can will go to LaRouchePACdotCOM and contribute.

See also this comment:

Read The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.
I hear you can find that in an old copy of Dope, INC.  But probably not the just re-released version.

Hey.  This is interesting.  Ballot Access News missed a big scoop.  Look here and click on Robert Lauten’s comment line.  And you get the URL:  http://robertlautenforcongress2012.com/ .
It is a dead link, but there it is.  I assume that Robert Lauten will be running again on the American Independence Party line, meaning he’ll even be there for the General Election.
Otherwise, the comments section here veers over to the predictable: What 2012 election. Will Adolph Obama really let another election to take place?

To complete the package, the Org really needs to find their presidential candidate.  I assume that they in a post-Larouche candidacy lull right now, and will resume new runs after he passes away — selecting a candidate from amongst their sea of congressional candidates.  But surely they can use a caretaker style candidate to bridge the two eras.  You know who I suggest?
Do you really need to ask?
And you know… he can create a National Unity ticket by tapping Delia Lopez as a running mate!

Random item I read in a copy of 1933 American Mercury: a short bullet-point review of a book on the just now (1933) passe topic of Technocracy.  The author of the book — obviously pseudonym:  Spengler.  That David P Goldman really gets around!
Note:  I hope to never bind those two topics here again.  Then again, I already hoped to never mention Goldman again.  I’ll add a new one: I should stop with gratuitous references to Delia Lopez.

Time Magazine’s Larouchie of the Year: SIDNEY HILL

Monday, December 20th, 2010

Eventually — well into 2010 — “Michael Retour” gets labelled a  “troll”.

The riff was on “Niagara Falls” (“Slowly I turned…”) where the annoying trigger provokes an extreme reaction. I think trolls like Michael Retour / Bill Cox (among others) could just save us all a lot of time from reading their nonsense if they would just type “N-i-a-g-a-r-a F-a-l-l-s” and leave it at that.

Mostly it’s just an understandable weariness of political discussions on an apolitical message board.  But Well, he sits on the Nobel Prize Committee.

Russia has so much power and so many options here.  This has changed the world.  I think Putin may have prevented a world war and I am nominating him for the Nobel Peace Prize.

He also likes this cover for called “West Coast Avengers“.   Myself, I’m more into the Central Mid – South-East Avengers.
What is a “troll” to an Internet message board forum?  I guess it’s in the eye of the beholder and whatever the forum decides to define as a “troll”.  And how do you define “sock puppet“?:

And, back to this.  Michael, I’m half-convinced you’re a sock puppet, but I’ve gotten some use out of arguing with you rather than hammering someone else on an emotional, worry-laden issue.  So, I’ll play this round through.  After that, I’m just gonna mess with you…

Maybe what qualifies as “troll” is when you in the year 2008 run over a host of Larouchian spiel, deny your affinity with Larouche but claim that now that the name has been thrown to you and you’ve had a chance to look it up, you’re impressed!, and then a year and a half later you give another clue into your Larouchianism, and then when asked about it you deny him again!

Michael Retour is on the John Byrne fan message board to Lyndon Larouche what Peter is in the New Testament to Jesus Christ!

Gee, why not simply ask all the other kooks in the Schiller Institute to investigate?  Maybe, I’m one of those evil Jewish Children of Satan they’ve gone on about in their diatribes.  […]
But, tell me, hasn’t LaRouche predicted the imminent downfall of the world and prevailing democratic governments every year or so, since about 1980?  Has he *ever* been correct about this *imminient* collapse?  What…you guys just play the odds every other year in the hopes that this one will come up the winner for your nihilistic dreams of global collapse?
What was last year’s webcast? […]
ute.  Hey, Michael, how about this one, from LaRouche’s “The Campaigner: Strategy for Socialism”, Sept. 1971, vol. 1: […]
Yep, no matter the year, it is ALWAYS one minute to midnight, with you guys.  And, we can fill in just about all the years in between with similar prognostications of ever “imminent” collapse.
You know, for a guy so opposed to the current economic system, he and his vanity press operation sure have made a lot of money off talking about an ever-present financial collapse just around the corner, haven’t they?
Etc. etc.

Then we get Michael Retour’s responses:
Mike your patience might have been wearing thin but I am not associated with LaRouche and if I was I’d say so. […]
Some want to go back to a FDR model.  I am one of them.  Clinton is too.  Bill had this to say about that: “go back to the Home Owner’s Loan Corporation that was a product of the depression.  That actually made a profit for the American people by stabilizing what was otherwise a disastrous run on the market for financing homes.”
Now are Bill and Hillary Clinton associated with LaRouche because they’re proposing FDR-like models for this crisis?
Sorry Mike, pick another guy to pin the tail on the donkey with.

Mike I did a little searching today and you know what?  LaRouche makes a lot of sense.  Thanks for the heads-ups on him.  A lot of controversy I see too.
I don’t care about the controversy surrounding a politician like LaRouche.  That’s natural in politics.
I don’t buy them either.  Looking at the websites (thanks Mike) the guy comes off as a FDR-style Democrat
Oh yes.  He never heard of this “Larouche” fellow until this stranger introduced him to him on this message board after seeing his swarm with Larouchian buzz-words, and now that he has — Wow!
Thanks for pointing out LaRouche for me.  I like the way the guy thinks!!

… Just like Retour, apparently.
A year and a half later, and we see:
am running three congressional campaigns now: one in Texas, one is Massachusetts and one in California. My Texas candidate won the primary.
Asked if he’s with Larouche, he answers “no”.  This post shows that the forum has a good degree of turn-over with the John Byrne fan message board, with “Michael McCallum” responding in 2010 and clearly not having paid attention in 2008:
(I hate giving up on my LaRouche theory, because the pieces all fit, dang it!)

Old news, I gather.  And now into my related dejavu field of Wikipedia Review — no not that one, THIS ONE.
Starting with the clever “Cla68”, who, unlike every other larouchian bented wikipedia editor, has a broad and vast wikipedia contribution list.  Indeed, he may just be the Larocuhies’ permanent “Go to Editor” for “little help”.  But watch him slide out of wikipedia editing culture — in bold:

Here for example. Xinhua appears to have been the only news organization, that I could find, to record that LaRouche predicted, in 1999, the global economic crisis which occurred a few years later. This is important information for an article on LaRouche. Do you remember that in the past a couple of editors who regularly edit the LaRouche articles were calling the Eurasian Land Bridge a figment of LaRouche’s imagination and a disruptive meme propagated by “HK socks?” It took me all of 10 minutes searching in Infotrac to find that there really was a land bridge and that it was a notable topic. The resulting article now averages almost 4,000 hits a month. That example shows how unfortunate the result can be when we don’t aggressively look for more sources to help us out with additional information. So, why don’t we focus on the sources, no matter what language they are in, and the information they may or may not provide us in continuing to make this article as complete and NPOV as possible? Cla68 (talk) 23:20, 6 December 2010 (UTC)

What global economic crisis occured a few years after 1999? I must have missed it. The problem with the Eurasian Labdnbridge was that HK and his socks kept adding material to the effect that it was LaRouche’s idea. — Will Beback

Some of the ideas of how to develop the Eurasian Land Bridge did apparently originate with LaRouche, and that’s apparently why he received some coverage in the Chinese and Russian press, as opposed to the US press which often, based on what I’ve seen living in a foreign country, ignores issues outside the US, whether a US pundit is involved or not. That is why we can’t overlook foreign sources. How can you “overuse” an article from an RS if it provides useful information? Cla68 (talk) 23:59, 6 December 2010 (UTC)

Despite your unproven assertion that there is more coverage of LaRouche and his movement in foreign sources there are hundreds, perhaps thousands, of articles in US news sources. Relying extensively on one foreign source is likely to give undue weight to the viewpoint in that article.   Will Beback  talk  00:17, 7 December 2010 (UTC)

We leave that up to the reader to decide, don’t we? That’s why we list the sources at the bottom of the article. Cla68 (talk) 12:15, 7 December 2010 (UTC)

 Oh, it BURNS!

Have I gone to this one already?  Delia Peabody gallops about:

I wouldn’t say I’m familiar. I spent a few hours searching the web. As far as LaRouche’s views are concerned, they are usually dismissed as fringe with little elaboration. Delia Peabody (talk) 14:48, 10 December 2010 (UTC)

Yep!  Just started looking him up just a few hours ago.  Indeed, how about this Russian Guy?

I went back and looked at the old version of the article, and I don’t think an explanation was ever offered for the deletion of quite a bit of material sourced to GG Pirogov, conference presentation to the Lebedev Institute of Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (FIAN) on the academy’s website. Delia Peabody (talk) 16:18, 17 December 2010 (UTC)

Is Pirov a member of the movement?   Will Beback  talk  20:50, 17 December 2010 (UTC)

I dont see the relevance of this question. He is an academic who commented on LaRouche. Doesn’t get any better. 81.210.206.223 (talk) 08:39, 18 December 2010 (UTC)

A Russian academic? Before we add more exotic sources from faraway lands, we should add more sources from the subject’s home country. I just got a copy of International Trotskyism, 1929-1985: a documented analysis of the movement by noted scholar Robert J. Alexander. It contains a long section on LaRouche. But there isn’t room for everything.   Will Beback  talk  09:07, 18 December 2010 (UTC)

Cla68 has a point of order:
Will, what exactly is your objection to using Pirogov as a source, that he isn’t an American? Cla68 (talk) 09:24, 18 December 2010 (UTC)

One problem is that HK socks keep trying to add an exceptional claim using Pirogov as the only source. As far as I can tell he’s a minor academic who delivered an address about LaRouche. Conference addresses are not, to the best of my knowledge, edited the same way as a normal publication, so they are essentially self-published. This particular address only exists in Russian on a website. It’s a weak source, too weak for a remarkable claim. BLP and other policies call on us to use the best available sources. Too bad you don’t get it. 😉   Will Beback  talk  09:42, 18 December 2010 (UTC)
Why don’t you link to the source and I’ll check it out myself. Cla68 (talk) 09:49, 18 December 2010 (UTC)
Good to see that Will Beback retains a Sense of Humor, if in a somewhat impotent position for Wikipedia Quality Control.
I’m sure one of the accounts will post a link for you.   Will Beback  talk  11:56, 18 December 2010 (UTC)

Angel’s Flight!

I’m getting the impression here that there are some editors who are only concerned with adding negative sources and excluding positive or neutral ones, regardless of scholarship, notability, reliability or national origin. Angel’s flight (talk) 16:37, 18 December 2010 (UTC)

Will someone please post a link to the source so I can look at it? Cla68 (talk) 06:32, 19 December 2010 (UTC)
Never mind, I located it.
Imagine that.
The presentation appears to be a valuable, secondary exposition on LaRouche’s views which would be helpful for this article.

And the ultimate Larouchian Wikipedia Team Rhaspberry, from a “Pachuco cadaver”:
So many new accounts.
Ban them all — you know you want to.

Time Magazine has named its “Larouchian of the Year”.  Perhaps this will surprise everyone, but they skipped right past the various losing Congressional Candidates (who will apparently have another crack at Time Magazine’s “Larouchian of the Year” title with their 2012 run) and gave the cover to… SINDNEY HILL!
Who, unlike Rachel Brown, Kesha Rogers, and Person Not on the Ballot — is still making the rounds on Internet searches.  Besides the larouchepac website, where we see:

This week, the LaRouche Democratic candidates who inspired the nation during the 2010 election season—Rachel Brown of Massachsuetts, Summer Shields of California, and Kesha Rogers of Texas—announced their intentions to appear on the ballot in each of their respective states as candidates for Congress in 2012.

And a ton of words ascribed to each of them.

  See here for Sidney Hill:

He screams “free speech” like a child screams for ice cream.
“Anybody wanna help me?!”
You’re the LaRouche fan, what do YOU think?

I’m all for arresting people who are too crazy to tone it down a notch when talking to cops. He’s throwing a temper tantrum.

Time’s runner-up was Harley Schlanger.  And why not?  He appeared on Press TV and got play on Drudge, off of inside tips from “Ulstermann”.  (See too his interviews with Jeff Rense… seeing his voice right here.)
The third mention for Larouchian of the Year was Lyndon Larouche, for breaking the “Knights of the Golden Circle” conspiracy wide open.

This guy is american patriot.  You wouldn’t call him a communist.  But he’d make sure the people of america were all employed and putting heroine junkies in proper rehab and getting them to work on major human projects like maglev rail accross america and the world and water projects in to green the arizona, nirvada desert etc.
He’d sure be working with other countries peacefully.  No war.  But he’s a strict mo-fo.  He doesn’t like rock n roll.
Not like he  would ban rock n roll – but he’s your classical kind of guy, who wants to colonize mars, give nuclear energy to the world so every person in the world is out of poverty and has proper living standards. […]
He believes the main purpose of being human is creativity…   not war, violence, destruction.. and you now america is in a position to stop violence and war throughout the world with nuclear power – even if there are green nazis against its amazing potential.

Hey!  This stuff should be put into wikipedia!   Someone get into the page that he’s “pro-steak”.

I’m not Lyndon LaRouche – so i can’t say if Nuclear Energy is in-fact the answer to the world’s problems.    […]   Yes LaRouche is anti-GMO – but pro-steak – but who cares – he’s omni-lateral and omni-vorous.

What kind of people dig Larouche?

Lyndon LaRouche – would appeal to the do-gooder, average-joe patriot – who realises Ron Paul is a limp wrist – and wants some real potential visionary-actions to happen.  There’s some serious science with this guy – so he would appeal to sci-fi scientists who want to colonize mars, maglev trains, etc.   Would not appeal to Zeitgeist target audience even if some of the claimed conspiracies are similar – it’s just bi-polar brands.  American patriot wrapped in red, blue and white v Zeitgeit, Venus Project new-age psychedelic-surrealist, technology – even though both are very pro maglev train.

Coming in fourth in Time Magazine’s poll… this guy.

Men refuse to answer questions, stare ahead.
I think this is a “end of the year” bias.  I’m referring to the man staring ahead, and not the one who has his back to the camera.

Time Magazine stopped the list at five.  Rachel Brown beat out Kesha Rogers off of the basis of getting coverage later in the election cycle due to a later primary, and everyone getting a bit bored with an uninteresting general election.

The War on Christmas continues:

http://blogbytom.wordpress.com/2010/12/15/im-glad-that-i-usually-only-argue-about-politics-when-im-drunk-these-days-and-that-i-was-not-drunk/

I walk out the door and make an elaborate show of bopping my head to the music, but I have to walk past the LaRouche people.  (Should be humming Bach instead of rock music.  Then maybe they’ll respect you.)  I just have to:  there’s no way around them.  There is one girl and one boy.  She is white and he is black.  They are “boy” and “girl” not because they are actually young, but because they have the political disposition of thirteen year-old emo kids.  They are “white” and “black” because of genetic happenstance. […]

“You know who’s going to be hanging from the Christmas tree this year?” she says, a bit too triumphantly.
And I sort of stand there for a second, puzzled, and then say to the white girl, “I thought ornaments hung from Christmas trees, not people.”
And she seems stunned for a second–like she had genuinely never thought about the stupidity of her pitch–but regains her composure and soldiers on.  Because that’s what LaRouche people do, you know.  They soldier the fuck on.
“No, man.  It’s the system who’s going to be hanging from the tree.  The whole system’s coming crashing down.”

I’ve been fighting the system since before you were even born, MAN!  I just don’t know which one.

Christmas coming, and I wonder if in addition to some Christians carrying literature to “remind you of the reason for the season”, Australia will get these door to door knockers.

With almost 1,000,000 members (made up of 15 to 89-year-olds) in its email database, the CEC has no intentions of falling silent. Mrs Robinson says she intends to door knock every house in her rural electorate of O’Connor by the next federal election. It’s a big task, the division stretches more than 900,000 sq km from the Great Southern to the Goldfields. Mrs Lawler says the party never stops campaigning. […]
“We never stop campaigning, votes don’t change history, people change history, so unless the people change, they’re not going to get the government they deserve.”

I’ve changed my mind.  She beats out “looking Straight Ahead” guy for that slot in the Larouchian of the Year list.

The protestors had no intention of identifying themselves, and when asked to identify a local connection to their cause they were quick to claim community support, but unable to produce anyone local who was willing to stand in protest with them. Those with the signs and information had come in from Houston and likely knew very little about Taylor. […]
The more disturbing issue, though, was the inflammatory signs were complimented by a credit card machine on standby, eagerly awaiting your donation to the cause.

And why not?  Look what’s coming down the pike?

The key thing is what we’ve been getting from Europe for some time now, a number of weeks: The best estimate is, and I can qualify that, with certain facts, that the entire, present world financial-monetary system is going down, by about Christmastime….

There you have it.  The War on Christmas.

“So, the decision to act in joining me in this fight, is yours. There can be no compromise with pessimism in the population. If we are to survive, we must destroy the pessimism and demoralization which has gripped our population, with the power of profound ideas. March on, and we shall gain the victory. March on, and we shall gain the day. INDEPENDENCE FOREVER!!!”  — 2012 Congressional Candidate for the Texas 22nd District (give or take — numbers might shift in redistricting) Kesha Rogers.

Howie G Cheers on the Final Victory of a Global Glass Steagal.

Friday, December 10th, 2010

Gregor Samsa’s transformation represents the, um, Beastialization of Man on a Larouchian scale.
Mildly amusing joke that I thought was just sitting there.
Beasts of Burden.

I see that Howie G is following the Defeat of the Mighty Wurlitzer, as Lyndon Larouche approaches final victory.  He has some mighty fine and highly original commentary on the global political ramifications.  Seeing that the Inner Alpha Group is now on the verge of being demolished and can no longer stem the tide of a Global Glass Steagal through their usual tools of Dennis King, the only questions become — when can we expect the signing ceremony and press conference full of the World Leaders? — Stephen Harper, Raúl Castro, Angela Merkel, Hu Jintao, Nicolas Sarkozy, Berlesconi, Putin and or Medvedev — I assume that the David Cameron / Nick Clegg and Barack Obama / Rand Paul tandems won’t show up.  Will Larouche be there, or his name be running through the speeches of everyone involved?  Or is Larouche going to declare himself the square root of two again?
It’ll be interesting to see how this all develops.  I, for one, am not all that interested in the prospects of a New Glass Steagal.  I’m looking for an organization that is currently seeking a New Bretton Woods, though, and there don’t appear to be any out there.  But the fight continues.
… At least until Christmas Day, when the world is set to end yet again.

Funny stuff at wikipedia!  The current barely concealed member of the Larouche Wikipedia Team — Delia Peabody, who “wouldn’t say [she’s] familiar.” She just  “spent a few hours searching the web“. – has achieved what edits s/he has sought, and declared VICTORY!

As far as I am concerned, most neutrality issues have been resolved. I would suggest replacing some long quotes by critics with summaries, as Bill has advocated with LaRouche quotes. But if people want to remove the NPOV tag, I have no objection. Delia Peabody (talk) 15:05, 9 December 2010 (UTC)
Great!  Instantly shufflings commenced, further re-litigation shall follow I assume.  And immediately, a question:

Why did you remove this?
LaRouche-affiliated candidates used AIDS as an issue as late as 1994.[1][2]

The LaRouche movement targeted schools where children with AIDS were attending. As early as 1985 NDPC members ran for local school boards on a platform of keeping infected students out of school.[3] In 1986 LaRouche supporters traveled from Seattle, Washington to Lebanon, Oregon to urge the school board there to reverse a policy that would allow children with AIDS to enroll.[4] In 1987 followers tried to organize a boycott of an elementary school in the Chicago neighborhood of Pilsen, sending a van with loudspeakers through the district.[5] They disrupted an informational meeting and according to press accounts told parents, “The blood of your own children will be on your hands if you allow this child with AIDS in your school,” or shouted at opponents, “He has AIDS! He has AIDS!”[6] BillMasen (talk) 17:19, 9 December 2010 (UTC)

And on:
FWIW, I recently was at a library doing research on another topic, but I also searched a database of academic journals to see what they had on this topic. The bulk of hits concerned either the role of thrird-party/minor candidates in presidential campaigns, or the AIDS initiative. It continues to be the issue of the LaRouche movement that is given the most attention in scholarly works. It is covered in a large number of sources. We are probably giving it too little weight rahter than too much.   Will Beback  talk  02:39, 10 December 2010
I don’t know the answer, though I do find the 9/11 Truth tags disproportionate, though not offensively so.
There is some suggestion on why remove that here:

The LaRouche movement wikipedia article is a real hoot: heckling, harassment, fraud, conspiracy, global warming denial, anti-semitism, homophobia (“Kissinger: the politics of faggotry”?! Isolate and ‘cure’ AIDS patients with directed energy beams?!), gold nuttery, Obama hitler/swastika posters, it just goes on and on.

I guess now that the wikipedia articles have been tackled, this problem will no longer fester.

My high school library had a subscription to Fusion magazine for some reason. We quickly figured out it was a LaRouche publication and used to make fun of it in study hall. Good times …

1) This never fails. You and a friend walk past the LaRouchie’s literature table. Friend shows (or pretends) interest in whatever crap they are pushing that day. Grab friend firmly by arm and drag them away saying (loudly): “Pay no attention to those people. They all work for David Rockefeller.” The result has to be seen to be believed.
2) This one only worked because they led into it. Chat them up and show some vague knowledge of what they’re up to. Then slowly disclose that you know who Chip Berlet is. (It was easy for me because the LaRouchie said to me, “That sounds like you know Chip Berlet.”) Once you get them to that point, say something like, “Why, yes. He’s a good friend and we had lunch last month.” This all just happened by chance, but Chip is a friend and it was the best rise I’ve ever had from the LaRouchies. Imagine rabid religious nuts convincing themselves that you just had lunch with Satan himself.

Suggestion: instead of evoking Chip Berlet, say that you’ll look into them on wikipedia.

Because of his equally bonkers German wife, LaRouche also keeps a political presence in Germany. However, Helga Zepp-LaRouche’s successive parties have somehow always failed to win any electoral support whatsoever, and their membership is estimated to be in the lower three digits (most of them, one suspects, undercover agents from Germany’s Office for the Protection of the Constitution, which keeps a close eye both on cults and on extremist political movements).
That’s an old joke, used with reference to the kkk.  In the particular case of this org, it’s false.

On the “Big Worldwide, blockaded in US Media” kick:

By the way, km.ru appears to be used quite often as a source in Wikipedia. Cla68 (talk) 23:54, 6 December 2010 (UTC)
Yes, it is used in articles on topics related to Russia.[4] How often is it used in articles on American politicians?   Will Beback  talk  02:43, 10 December 2010 (UTC)
I like how the first reference with km.ru is to Igor Panarin.

Y’know it’s easy to mock Larouche.
Not worth many points in the game, is it?
But delve about here , beyond the cult concerns and into the “Political Effect” (the full thrust of which I waver on) —
There is a part of the LaRouche effect that isn’t laughable, though. Some of the messages that the LaRouche groups spreads are passed on by other groups that don’t claim to have any relation to LaRouche.
Expand on the basic problem of the murkily attached “Splinter” groups — Solon — which we see a page on solon recently updated at laroucheplanet —
In this line, the somewhat laughable recent “AIM” piece about the Larouche — Tarpley — Alex Jones org  is at least “grain of truth” worthy.  With Tarpley, you’re watching around the ways of some other disseminators — Progressive Press.

If that larouche group are against dumbobama, then I am all for them. REGARDLESS of who or what they are.
Sure.  Sure.  But why not just stop at Orly Taitz?  Oh, wait:

I’ll add one thing in hopes that you will not continue to miss my point. As American Dr. Leo Alexander pointed out at the Nuremburg War Crimes Tribunal after the end of the war, the genocide began quietly in the hospitals, and because it was not stopped there, it gathered momentum, until it grew to the dimensions of mass extermination. This time, if you wait until you see mass extermination, it will be too late to stop it. Stop it NOW.Yeah.  The curious thing about this line of reasoning is that any regulatory change in the Health Care Bureacracy, minor or major, can be considered straight from Hitler.

The great thing about this line of reasoning is it’s so adaptable to any minor (or major) shift in any bureacracy.

Still, you try to rationalize the comparison between Obama and Hitler. Clearly you just don’t get it. More to the point, I’m assuming it wouldn’t serve your argument not to. But if you want to search through history to explain Hitler’s raise to power than help yourself. The difference between Hitler and Obama – and history will bear this out – is that Hitler was an insane xenophobe, Obama is not. Comparing Nazi Germany to this nation at this point in time serves nobody. It’s hardly accurate and most important, it’s disrespectful to our President, our country, 6 million Jews and countless homosexuals, Russians, Gypsies and so many more.

No.  Wait.  Hitler was brought in by the British, and… had a Health Care System… and…

I have not been able to read through the head of the Larouche Cryonics Movement and Piano Player’s new favorite — Rolf Witzshe — to see where he differs from Larouche — seems to be saying the same thing:
Rolf Witzshe is challanging the larouche NAWAPA plan with a better plan that is amazing. Witzshe is an amazing writer in the tradition of Classical Humanism…
This is an interesting development for the Larouche Cryonics Movement and Piano Player.  Maybe Rolf Witzshe is advocating for a bigger NAWAPA?

As for the “evils” of Capitalism, I am much in the same frame of mind as was Trotsky, as James will remember from a program RFPI carried some while back…I lost my archives of Tape Recordings, but a man was discussing Lyndon LaRouche. He mentioned that his College Professor was a admirer of LaRouche because Lyndon was a Trotskyite.Capitalism is NOT evil. Socialism, which speaks of “SHARED WEALTH” then places the “GOVERNMENT” as the “OVER-SEER” of said wealth IS evil. History teaches BRUTALLY that there is NO GOOD in the

the “Man versus Animal” canard, take 5,541

Tuesday, November 30th, 2010

Are these guys really back on the “Difference Between Man and the Animals” kick?

There is another point: In this fight, you can never quit, because the alternative is so horrible. To accept the conception of man as evil, is, to give up on the human race, and then, we are all animals. And one of the things that I have learned, from working with Lyndon LaRouche for nearly 40 years, is: If we make the commitment to never ever stop fighting, as long as there is one of us left, we are not going to be defeated. And when you get to a time like this, where everything else has failed, that quality of leadership will move the population. […]

And Lincoln is an example of the good person, who would never stop fighting. So, one of the things people are learning from Lyndon LaRouche, besides the beautiful developments in science and Classical culture, is, that a person who is a real leader, never stops developing himself, and never gives up. And that’s why I know, we’ll eventually win this fight, because we’re not going to quit.”  — Harley Schlanger

Hm.
Time to Prepare for the new Dark Age.

Man versus Animal.  It’s a peculiar thing.  We’re constantly running the same ground over and over and over again.  So, I’ll cue this up again, again:

Years ago, someone — college aged — posted something on youtube.  An interview with a LYMer manning a table just outside an Art College (or maybe the UW) in Seattle.  It was this passive allowance with mock agreement on whatever the LYMer said, a phony phone number exchanged, all leading to an agreement to a meeting / encounter that never happened.  There was a line in the video that was quite good — the interviewer asked, “What do you think of the students’ art here?”  The LYMer answered with a feh, and a statement that “They aren’t even interested in launching a new Renissance!”

Cue two paragraphs marked by some Larouchie who checked out the local library’s copy of “Dialectical Economics” sometime over the past three decades with “Bucephalus Blue Award Winner”, and if this is familiar it’s because I posted it here already.:
Does the increasing productivity of labor as we know it signify that the need for human productive activity will vanish? Will humanity become a daisy-clad mass of strolling Lotus-eaters? Quite the contrary. At first we will have escaped one predicament to encounter one more awesome and demanding. To one who views the matter from that standpoint, we freely concede that man is increasingly to become a prisoner of the effort to meet his new needs for existence. However, from a human point of view, the significance of this fact is at precise odds with that attributed to it by the bestialized hippy of present-day advanced capitalist culture. What human being would wish to become a dog before the hearth? Only the view of oneself as a beast could inspire the hope of freedom from labor. There is no need to worry that man would persist long in the state of bestialization desired by the Mansion Family. He would soon cease to exist. To be human is to locate one’s identity for society in the activity of perfection; to rise to a condition in which that perfection is advancing at a more rapid rate, in which more human quality is demanded of one, in which one increasingly gains social identity because of one’s human powers, is to fulfill everything that an actually human person could desire.  At this point we should recognize that we have struck upon evidence that socialist society is not the final, perfected form of human society.  It is merely the beginning of a series of human societies distinct from the bestialized forms from which we now have the potential to emerge.  The fact that material existence upon socialist society must have a mediated form, even though that mediation is a classwide institution, is […]

Etc. etc.

Steve, January 1997, on this blog.:  Maybe the most important philosophical question LaRouche addresses is “What is the difference between the human and the animal”. Do you know how he answers that? If you do, then a lot of the other stuff will become more clear.

A reach over toward Huxley, or more properly a kidnapping of Huxley.  I gather a mark of the Animal is that s/he takes Spa Treatments and Nature Walks.
The Man, evolved as he is (as seen on circa 2003  21st Century Science and Technology back page that I made note of on this blog already) uses a more efficient juicer to make orange juice, as opposed to squashing the orange with his hand in the way of the monkey.

An element of “Rules for thee but not for me” creeps in to this elitism framework.  It’s seen in the dismissal of junk pop culture as debased.  Then I see a member of the Larouche Wikipedia Team quote “Professional Wrestler” Rowdy Roddy Piper.
Various crude sexual references as insult seem to imply a bestilization all its own.

The equation seems to have taken an odd turn with regard to politics.  Cheney was a “Beast Man”.  Obama and Rand Paul are merely “Fascists”.

Also, tipping is for the animals.  Do NOT trust LaRouche! They were supporting Hillary Clinton for president!
They lie. He is an economist, and his people can’t even leave a GD 15% tip!
Watch Josh Reeves’ documentary: THE SECRET RIGHT
Is that a documentary that EXPOSES the paltry amounts given by various Extremist groups?

Cover-29.XP6 (Page 3)

That poster is confusing. Is he supposed to be stupid (lazy eye) or terrifying (Hitler mustache)?

Both, I guess.

Hm.  How many people have to die before Vice President Biden admits that the President is stupid, insane, or both? How many deaths does he want on his conscience?
I think Rand Paul is being inserted into the Presidential Succession line somehow.
And since all politics are local, Fort Bend County’s own Kesha Rogers, the smug queen of the LaRouchites, has taken to singing Christmas Carols about Obama being Hitler.  LaRouchites are to politics what professional wrestling is to sports.

“It seems wasteful, not to mention terribly unfair to Hitler, that Obama gets to be the only thing that’s like Hitler.  Honey, Republicans and LaRouchites can’t be hogging all the crazy,” Juanita explains.

OR
If Bush=Hitler it is really good that other evil nazis will possibly get elected to the Senate.
LaRouche pamphleters seem remarkably ready to call the police on anyone that debates their erroneous politics. Glad I didn’t fall for it!
Particularly if you like spas and nature hikes.

Group members held a banner reading, “End Obama’s Depression, Invoke the 25th Amendment.” They also held aloft a sign with a picture of Obama with Hitler-esque features (Eat your heart out, Jon Stewart) with a caption that echoed their song’s lyrics.

Between songs, they were eager to explain their position. According to them, President Obama is incapable of remedying the economic problems the country is facing. Obama has taken the side of the “big Wall-Street agenda” and is actually preventing the country from breaking out of the recession.

Despite their sign’s caption, a representative named “Tim” said they were not seeking impeachment, saying that it’s “a long process, and we want to be nice about it.”

Or, Not an Animal.
This is a mixed message.  You have a sign asking to impeach the President.  But when asked, you state that you no longer are seeking impeachment.

“Hey man, can I get a picture of you in front of  your sign?” I asked “Eric Thomas” (the name I was given and largely doubt).
“What? Is this for the news?” he asked.
“Yes.” Looking at me with a sense of distrust he asked, “Okay, which one?”
“The Sheet,” I respond.
“Alright, but I don’t really want any attention.” I look at him slightly baffled. Pointing at his sign that depicts President Obama with a Hitler mustache, I say, “But you have a sign reading ‘Impeach Obama’ on Main Street? Anyway, why do you want him impeached?”
“Actually, we don’t want him impeached anymore. Our focus has changed.” Now I’m really confused. “We want him out faster than that. We want him [removed from office] in a day,” he says to me with confidence.

So.  Are they behind in their signage?
Isn’t this a demand for Instant Gratification that serves the Animal more than the Man?

Some analysis of Kesha Rogers’s performance.  I could shift back to see what LPAC said about Rogers’s victory.  I think it went something to the effect that she is now a Major Political Figure — singing Christmas Carol themed Obama Impeachment songs being the job of Major Political figures.
Meantime, Rachel Brown lost the primary because the Boston Vault depressed the vote.

Here’s what Earl Browder said in 1940 about how well the Communist Party did in an election.

We want an accurate and objective estimate of our own party and ts position in American society, the trends of its development.  In order to get such an objective estimate, at least the elements of an objective estimate, perhaps as good a beginning as any could be made with an analysis of the special election in the 14th Congressional District of New York.  Now, what did this election show?  It showed, first of all, that while there did exist a potential majority of the people against both old parties, the situation had not matured to crystallize that majority behind the Communist Party at the moment.  And no matter how many voters may have been bought or stolen from us, that fact stands out as unchallengeable.
But when we proceed to a closer analysis of what happened, we find the following, in comparing 1940 with the last general election in 1938: whereas that year when we were in a bloc with the American Labor Party and the New Deal and when our vote was decisive in defeating Dewey and electing Governor Lehman, and we were going with the stream.  We received 11.6 per cent of the vote cast in the 14th Congressional District — on February 6, 1940, after five months of the most strenuous united attacks upon us by every other political camp, when the American Labor Party leadership together with the Democratic Party were waging a war of extermination against us, what happened as a result of this change of forces?
First, the American Labor Party disappeared from the scene entirely. […]  The Democratic Party dropped 45 per cent of its total vote or almost 20 per cent of its proportion of the total vote — from 69 per cent to 57 per cent, while the Communist Party advanced from 11.6 per cent to 13.6 per cent.  In other words, we were the only political organization which advanced its proportion of votes in this district.  The Republicans stood still — in proportion.
This testing of forces took place under the maximum concentration of fire of all other camps against us.  That was the only issue in the campaign — to defeat the Communists, and they really had the jitters about whether they could do it or not.  When we bear in mind that none the less we not only maintained our strength, but advanced, I think we can say realistically that our party has held its ranks solid, has multiplied its effective work, and extended its influence deeper among the masses.  That is unquestionable.
— Earl Browder, text of the report to the National Committee on Feb 17, 1940.

 Tremendous up-surge, I suppose.

Now to move past Glenn Beck Territory, and cue letter response .

@kappy0405 You’re still crazy Alex Jones, Daniel Estulin, Webster Tarpley, Gerald Celente, David Icke and Lyndon LaRouche are all crazy. Fuck them and the horse they rode in on.

Webster Tarpley is never going to go after Rand Paul.  His bread is buttered with this sphere of influence, see Alex Jones.  I suppose this Paulite is consistent in understanding Tarpley’s philosophy, though.

Someone should tell these commenters that there was a SNL parody done in the 1980s, though not when he was popular so much as … novel and known.

If he knew it was coming, why didn’t he profit from it like that other guy?? Also, if he’s so knowledgeable about the economy, why did he have to commit credit card fraud on a larger scale than ever before??

According to LaRouche supporters this is because Jones is trying to cover their real message of freedom up.
As far as I know this isnt the case. I do like some of what LaRouche says, some of it not so much. They both seem genuine.

Say
Your description of the LaRouche group reads as if it came directly from Wikipedia, the world’s least reliable source
Last looking at wikipedia seen here.

Worst sources exist.

Jewish-born Germacentric, Lyndon LaRouche […]
Duggan made the fatal mistake of getting too close to the true connection between LaRouche and the Frankists. Their program calls for the brainwashing of Jews to hate themselves and they don’t cotton to rebels. Here is how that is accomplished through the Israeli higher education system, as reported by Caroline Glick this week in the Jerusalem Post.

Ugh.

Beck’s War on Soros infected with Larouche, Larouche Declares war on Rand Paul and Rand Paul doesn’t even notice

Monday, November 15th, 2010

The Larouche org is on a bit of a winning streak, so far as these things go, and in so far as the rubric to define “winning streak” is deigning some influence in spheres Conspiranoid and spheres Anti-Semitic in political discourse.  First, the story of the White House plotting the use of the “25th Amendment” to dump Obama got relayed through Iranian TV onto the Drudge Report.  Indeed, even Kesha Rogers’s pathetic showing in her Congressional race has someone somewhere quoting Ulsterman (be sure to look through the comments for some fun birther youtube clips.)

Then Glenn Beck goes into the George Soros files, and if you will:

In return for his generosity, anti-Semites in the new Hungarian parliament accused him of participating in an international Jewish conspiracy to bankrupt Hungary in order to restore communist rule — despite the fact that Soros had been an ardent opponent of Hungary’s communist regime
Anti-Sorosism first arrived in the United States in the late 1990s, courtesy of renowned crackpot Lyndon LaRouche. LaRouche has published a number of articles in his comically misnamed journal, the Executive Intelligence Review, accusing Soros of devious manipulations ranging from an attempt to start World War III to running drugs for Queen Elizabeth II’s drug cartel.
But LaRouche’s audience is small, and most Americans paid little attention to George Soros. In 2003, everything changed. Infuriated by the policies of George W. Bush, Soros sent his philanthropy homeward, donating $23 million to political action groups during the 2004 election. Suddenly, George Soros became the most powerful, evil mastermind in the world.
First, the influential conservative magazine NewsMax ran a story that cribbed LaRouche’s conspiracy theories and accused Soros of secretly plotting a “regime change” in the United States. Then Fox News host Bill O’Reilly discovered that Soros’ foundation had donated to the ACLU and therefore reasoned that the billionaire and the civil liberties organization were conspiring to destroy Christmas.
When former Republican majority leader Tom DeLay ran into trouble for ethics violations, he blamed Soros for masterminding critical coverage by the New York Times, the Washington Post, the L.A. Times, Time magazine, and Newsweek. And former speaker of the House Dennis Hastert insinuated to an incredulous Chris Wallace on “Fox News Sunday” that Soros got his money from drug operations. (Hastert did not mention Queen Elizabeth II, however.)
Glenn Beck, as usual, trumped them all. He told his audience that Soros has a five-step plan:

Or, if you will, the Iranian Government.  Or The Prime Minister of Malaysia Mahathir Mohamad.  The item which is seemingly easiest to trace to Larouche:

Beck: His childhood is shocking, dramatic. He grew up in Nazi Europe. Fourteen years old — he had to help the government confiscate the lands of his fellow Jewish friends and neighbors.
He did not grow up in a strong-Jewish household. His mother was a strong anti-Semite — George Soros’ words, not mine — but when he had to go over and take the lands from the people, his Jewish friends and neighbors who were being sent to the gas chambers — I can’t imagine what that would do to a teenager, anybody, an adult.
Well, what did it do to George Soros? In an interview with Steve Croft, Soros was asked if he felt guilt at all about taking the property from the Jews as a teenager. He responded, no. He also said, quote, ‘I don’t deny the Jews their national existence. But I don’t want to be a part of it.’

Always be wary of how people frame Holocaust Survivor Denial stories, where key parts of quotes can easily be dropped right out to form a weird cousin to Holocaust Denialism.

He is also a thug who is deployed as an economic hitman for the British empire.

Hey!  Join the Club!

There’s something at play with Glenn Beck and the use for the “Loved rounding up Jews” canard (also his mother was an anti-semite, and mind you — Beck ‘I’m a Friend of Israel”) which is illuminated by — er, “Real Zionist News“:

As we explore a sampling of Hitler’s early views on the Jews, we shall discover striking parallels to conditions existing in our own day.
And so begins an essay “illuminating” Hitler’s benevolence toward the right brand of Jewry.  It’s not all that important to read it.  But, if you must:

Jewish propagandists would have us believe that Hitler’s unfavorable attitude toward Jewry was based solely on a “racial” hostility between Aryans and the Jewish people.
But as we examine Hitler’s early views regarding the Jewish Question, we do not find a predominantly racial line of disputation, but rather, a social line of argumentation.
Although the future Führer did identify Jewry as having a “racial character” formed by centuries of Jewish insulation within their host nations, he did not ground his opposition on genetic predetermination. Thus, the accusation that Hitler was a “racist” is a Jewish lie.

[Pause to allow everyone to take a shower after being dumped with this slime.]  This sparks this discussion:

Brother Nathanael:  I have been wanting to do this piece for almost a year.
Finally, after struggling in my mind whether to do it or not AND after months of research on the person of Adolf Hitler, I decided to ‘risk’ it and give it a shot.
It’s time, don’t you all think, that we remove the “Jew-spin” on Hitler and take an objective look at the man and what he was all about?

Donna chestergimli  Dear Brother Nathanael,
I would very much like you to give your opinion of Lyndon LaRouche.
He seems to me to speak out of both sides of his mouth.
But I don’t know. He seems to me to be a very crafty individual. Please let me know.

Dear Donna –
With Lyndon La Rouche you have weed out the wheat from the chaff, that is, the FROTHING of his mouth.
Most get totally EXHAUSTED reading him and that can be a real chore.
BUT – he does have SOME good things to say, although, whenever he wants to attack JEWRY, he stops himself because many of his “admirers” and “disciples” are Jews. +bn

It seems to be a rule of Conspiracism that Glenn Beck’s “discovery” missions will land him here in short order.
(Or, if you’re Ed Asner, you dance over here while donating to the last ever Larouche Presidential fund.)

On some level, the Larouche org should be finding Soros in favor, by the definitions of the rhetoric through the Bush Administration.  After all, the reason he has come to be a bene noir to Conservatives and the “Right” is that he’s taken his “support” of Democratic groups in governments in Authoratarian governments, and his support of liberal / progressive organizations and Democratic politicians (note, though, that he found it a bad investment to donate to any Democratic candidate in 2010 — bad election cycle)  in the US goes to the implication that the “neo-cons” are the equivalent of ex-Soviet dictators.

But there you put political stances in quotes.

Once upon a time, Ron Paul was teamed up with Lyndon Larouche on an imaginary presidential ticket.   (Then again … the forum was urged not to believe the hype of 25th Amendment Fever.)

Now, therefore, when you are dealing with the problems we face today, and we are now on the verge of a fascist dictatorship in the United States! But the ushering in of a hyperinflationary form of fascist dictatorship, which is what’s on the way right now, under the new Congress! And you take a case like Rand Paul: This guy’s a Nazi! He’s a killer. He’s the enemy of civilization. And he simply exemplifies a crew that is now recently elected, which is coming in to take seats in January in the Congress, which are fascist, just in the same degree that Adolf Hitler was fascist! And the attempt is going to be made by these kinds of people, called “Republicans” — because they are Republicans who are also human, these are not; Rand Paul is not a human Republican — he’s a something. They will destroy civilization. Because, for two reasons: First of all, morally. They’re not fit. A society which lives under them is not fit to exist. Hmm? No concession, to a Rand Paul, or what he represents: None! Crush him! Because, if we don’t, we lose our nation. We have to think in those terms.

To recap:  Rand Paul is not a human Republican.  And the Larouchies will not, I repeat WILL NOT be compromising with Rand Paul.

Wow.  This means War.  Rand Paul fans versus Larouchies.  Check it out!

We “tolerated” the LaRouchites’ ‘all hail FDR’ and their BULLSH*T “American Economic” NON-EXISTENT System NONSENSE.

NO MORE.

OUR ANSWER? You want FDR? You want GOLD Confiscation? YOU want Japanese Internment Camps? You want FalseFlag LIHOP (Let It Happen On Purpose) the likes of Pearl Harbor? You want the NON-EXISTENT Alexander Hamilton, the King George, UK, and Bank of England SPY, and his National Bank System?

I say, YOU Mr. Lyndon LaRouche, whom we have on and off respected your illustrious deconstruction of the City of London banking operation and how they undermine the American Constitutional Republic, have DECLARED YOUR OWN SELF, as the ENEMY of the Constitution and the Republic.

LaRouchites feel they “MUST DESTROY” Rand and what he stands for? Then, WE MUST DESTROY LaRouche, WHENEVER the likes of these idiots http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYlZiWK2Iy8 that invariably WILL show up at Rand’s speaking engagements in the future; this Lyndon LaRouche’s declaration PRECISELY MEANS THAT type of confrontation WILL HAPPEN. NOT IF, IT WILL HAPPEN.

Hm.  If it makes it any better, he expressed a fondness for Ron on his last video.  But… as for throwing them out when they yell like that, the Larouchies will just run it like they did the Kesha Rogers meeting at the Houston area Democratic Party meeting.

I gather that they were thrown off balance by the existence of a video camera at their supposed open meeting, meaning that they probably couldn’t discuss what they really intended to discuss, which was probably to pass along orders from some oligarchical agent. When the LPAC members expressed coherent political thoughts, everyone else knew that didn’t belong, and they were ejected by a few likely witches schooled in the art of slimy tactics and confident of the support of organized Satanism, of which Houston is a hotbed, and which recognizes LaRouche as their mortal enemy.

Don’t forget that LaRouche was the

first one out with the Hitler mustache on Obama. He doesn’t have much of a repertoire of insults I guess.
Got a Rand Paul with Hitler Mustache image on their latest video.

Well I am 47

and I have heard of him all my life. This guy is a prisongavehimtomanymeds….kind of guy, really I dont think this guy even has a following any more. If He does they are burnt out hippies from the 70’s that had one to many acid trips.

To say something like this suggests that LaRouche is a disinfo agent…
i used to just think he was partly nuts…a mixture of solid info with loony stuff….
now I KNOW he is CIA…has to be to say something so ridiculous about rand
Smells like a setup. They know this system is coming down. Trying to frame Rand as the scapegoat for this mess is ludicrous.
If a tree falls in a forest and no one hears it, does it make a sound?
I signed up for a LaRouche thing, I thought it was just an anti-obama thing, but no… and I couldn’t say no to them after I picked up the pen and paper, i’m horribly unassertive. telemarketers love me.
No, you have it backwards. It’s everything BUT Austrian that is fascist.
I used to confuse the LaRouche people with Birchers…
As for their current obsession with Rand, it’s jealousy. They are green with envy that a different (and sane) non-establishment person was elected.
About 7 years ago, I encountered some people handing out pamphlets on the street.
They were Lyndon LaRouche tracts, and the guy said “here’s a message from a libertarian”
So they openly self-identified as libertarians.
I had just started getting into libertarianism at the time, so I flipped through the hand-out and was like WTF b/c it was not even remotely libertarian
All right then.  Expect to see the competing Barack Obama with Hitler Mustache / Rand Paul with a Hitler Mustache Posters at the new Post Office Tours.

“If the president is mentally or physically incapable of serving, he can be removed by the vice president or the majority of the cabinet,” Chris Sare, a work manager for Larouchepac.com in Hackensack, N.J., said after packing up the display in Conyngham.

Oh my god.  I got it figured out.  They’re going to remove Obama with the 25th Amendment and replace him with… RAND PAUL!!!  I wish there were a movement out there that could stop this.

Wait.  There is?  Larry Freeman, who said he works with the LaRouche organization in Baltimore, said the group sets their table up at BWI occasionally.
“That’s one of the ways we talk to people,” Freeman said. “Our approach is to organize and talk to the population and recruit them.”

It’s just that simple!

And, it’s working… as we can see from the latest Larouche Org videos:

“Rank-an-File Tea Partiers implicitly voted for Me,” Concludes THE DEAR LEADER in the weekly report. It is reproduced at 7:00 on this week’s Down With the Traitors program.

What’s funny is that they explicitly voted for Rand Paul.

Anyway, at 52:00, NIGEL informs Lyn that the Tea Party base are looking to him for leadership and marching orders on what to do.

Directing the movement, any movement, and…

In wikipedia news, Snoid Headley was kicked off.   And this is amusing, if quickly dashed away as Vandalism.

The Larouche Org faces another Electoral Drubbing.

Here’s the “Stephen Colbert With a Hitler” sign at the Stewart / Colbert Entertainment Show at the Mall.  It’s actually a play off of the non-Larouchian “Obama Hitler” sign you’ll find if you google image Obama and Hitler — which has tended to be marked angrily as Larouches’ by Conservative bloggers and commenters.
… But, for the most part, Larouchies have grabbed it, and if you hear about the Obama Hitler, it’s a better bet than not that it’s their.

My Cab Driver was a Larouchie.”
And I’ll be damned if we didn’t arrive at my final destination a little too soon, I was having fun talking with the guy. We both did what we could to commemorate the occasion: I gave him a big tip, he gave me a LaRouche pamphlet, and we parted ways.

The LYM versus Boomer dichotemy hits again  (See too.).  Some Boomers in Sycamose.

Organizer Judy Clark, who spent a few hours set up outside the post office with her husband Don, said the non-partisan [Wait.  I thought they were “FDR Democrats!!”]  group wants to see Obama removed from office. The Clarks live in Chicago and said they have traveled across the state and to Wisconsin, Minnesota and Missouri to spread the group’s message.
[…]  And all kinds of opinions!
Tamera Durst of Sycamore took fliers from Don as she left the post office.
She said the propaganda might bother those simply looking to get in and out of the post office.
“I thought I would be nice and stop and take their literature,” she said.
Doug Bolton of DeKalb took a photo of one of the group’s posters with the mustache and said he thought it was “hilarious.”
“I’m not a big fan of any politician,” he said. “… I think the dictator mustache is pretty clever.”

Anyway, you can see their picture there, and basic attitude toward their organization.  Compare that with  the LYM in Boston:

larouchiesstaringatcamera

The Larouche supporters indicated that under no circumstance would they respond to questions from the press.
“I think the press are cowards,” one 20-something male said.
Another haggard- and somewhat nervous-looking supporter accused a Gazette reporter of “harassing us” and pulled out his cell phone as if to call police. Within a few seconds he closed his phone without having made the call.

Wel then.

The group alternately sang a harmonized ditty with the repetitive refrain “cut Obama’s mustache; it must be real, it must be real,” as well as “Battle Hymn of the Republic.”

[…]

“We mourn the loss of six million Jews and countless others,” she claimed, but warned that if Obama’s policies are allowed to flourish “the whole world will go down and with it a lot more than six million people.”
That rationale mattered little to Doug White of Dighton. White had taken his 8-year-old son James along with him Tuesday and parked on the Green in support of Sean Bielat, Charlie Baker and other Republican candidates.

Looking at the picture, I take it they’re in a battling mood against wikipedia.

Your characterization of LaRouche’s views and policies is all defamatory Wikipedia fantasy-cruft. Readers who want to know what LaRouche says and does can go to blah de blah.

Skip to the expected “Kesha Rogers election result kooky” page and we get it again.

Most people who actually talked to Rogers probably believe that she opposes fascism and supports space travel, since that’s what LaRouche propaganda claims. If they voted for Rogers on either of those bases, they were misled – while LaRouche calls everyone he hates ‘fascist’, his platform actually calls for the reorganization of both the US and Canada as fascist states in everything but name, and his space science is a complete joke – anyone with a reasonable grounding in science can tell you that we don’t need to wait until we’ve invented fusion power, built giant dams, and rewritten the periodic table before we go to Mars.

Presumably Deekoo considers America during the Franklin Roosevelt administration to have been a “fascist state in everything but name.” Believe it or not, there are some demented Libertarians that do make that claim. For any reader who wants to learn about LaRouche’s ideas first hand, rather than from some doofus spinning Wikipedia-style fairy tales, I recommend the blah de blah.

So, we go to the wikipedia and see the odd claims of the Larouche Wikipedia Editing Team:

Don’t let your paranoia get the best of you, Bill Masen. Do not think that i know what was going on in this article. I simply noted that noone – that’s: “N-O-O-N-E” would give a s**t about the reliability of an article with such sources. Got my point? 81.210.198.177 (talk) 19:09, 4 November 2010 (UTC)

Also, i do not need to find a “book that supports Larouche”. Neither do i need books which do not support him.I prefer unbiased sources.Thank you, Sir. That will do. 81.210.198.177 (talk) 19:13, 4 November 2010 (UTC)

Loopy.  Or how about, this “always lurking about, posted anonymously before” guy:

The first sentence of the article is “Lyndon Hermyle LaRouche, Jr. … is an American self-styled economist, political activist, and the founder of several political organizations known collectively as the LaRouche movement.”
I think the term “self-styled” doesn’t sound very neutral.
(It is a defining characteristic, I’d say.)
I think “self-taught” would be better, and better yet would be to drop “economist” from the first sentence, because the organizations he founded and his political activities are much more central to the article which follows.

After all this fighting to get him defined as an “Economist”.

After the wikipedia mention, Howard Gibson chimes in with this:
This article is pretty much lying junk. Kesha got 30-percent in a 3-way race in Republican land, which is kind of high.
No it isn’t.  It’s pretty well your plus / minus off of the “Straight Democratic Ticket”, and the third party candidate received single digits.
Observe, for instance, the difference between the Mississippi Senate results between the seriously backed candidacy in 2008 of one candidate, who received 45.04 percent of the vote, and another candidate in the same cycle who the Democratic Party put no resources behind, who received 38.56 percent of the vote — a mere 6 and a half less.  A partisan floor, a partisan ceiling.  (The latter candidate is relevant here, as you can read in the wikipedia page — well, he must have lost because the people abondoned him when he rejected Larouche, right?)

See too, about Kesha Rogers:
I voted for her. I would rather elect a crazy person who supports my interests half the time than a sane person who is actively working against me.

So, what is the Larouche Org up to after the Republican Victories?
Apparently, as with the buil-up to the elections, playing some foreign press again:

LaRouche’s call for the 25th Amendment was the focus of a half-hour live interview with Liliana Gorini, chairwoman of Movisol, LaRouche’s movement in Italy, on Radio Padania, the official radio of the Lega Nord, today. Host Roberto Ortelli quoted LaRouche as a “soloist Democrat” at the beginning of his report, and then asked Gorini to comment on the election results, and explain why LaRouche’s movement would play such an important role after the elections. Gorini invited listeners to listen to LaRouche’s webcast on Saturday, which will give the necessary marching order to those Democrats who want to free America from the grip of a mentally insane President. She quoted LaRouche’s call to invoke the 25th Amendment, have Biden replace Obama, go for Glass-Steagall, all of this before the new Congress takes over in January, emphasizing that it would be fatal for the U.S. and the whole world to wait for the Presidential elections in 2012.

Initially, the interview was supposed to last only 10 minutes, but there were so many calls from listeners that it was extended to a half-hour. Questions ranged from “how can a mentally unstable President be in charge of the military in such a difficult wartime?” to “it sounds like he giggles instead of leading: can this be due to his young age and inexperience?” (commenting on the NSC meeting cited by the Ulsterman report), to “Is there a concrete danger of a social revolt and armed revolution in the next two months?” to an (unavoidable) question comparing Obama and Berlusconi (under investigation this time for an affair with a minor; Gorini said you cannot compare the two, but her advice as a woman and political leader to Berlusconi, is to stop being obsessed with young women and hookers, because it makes him vulnerable to political attacks).

ULSTERMAN!  The Deep Throat of the whole kookisphere.   (Sure to relay lots of stuff at the upcoming Historic Webcast.)
This “Citizen K” must have some real insider information, otherwise he wouldn’t be commenting.

Would the LaRouche-ites be playing the part of a useful idiot or the role played by a certain Franz Ferdinand, hater of a certain Arch Duke?

I would be interested to see where this goes. Theoretically, theorizing about putting the President out of office is, at least, a camel’s nose of treason under the hem of a tent, isn’t it?

This smells like something’s burning…

What would the metaphor be for a coup that was meant to fail so that the coup-ee can appear strong and decisive in the face of being coup’ed…

  Then there’s

While Larry Brown approached the table with interest in their message, he ended up telling them, “I think you guys are a little over the edge.”

Nicole explained to another resident, “We’re building a military now to get Obama out of office.”

VFW Post 9791 Commander Dave Gilman responded, “We only have one military at a time,” before he walked away. Gilman also told them that he didn’t like their placement of a Hitler-like mustache on President Obama’s photograph.

Building a Military?  Here’s the Military in action, shifting for supporters through

One day, an older woman was talking to the faithful LaRouche supporter who stood in the blowing wind and sprinkling rain.
She said, “It took us eight years to get done everything we got done, and took him only twenty-two months to destroy everything.”
I felt my hair stand up. Literally.
Okay, this isn’t an Obama love-fest here, but I HATE seeing short/narrow mindedness in action.
What is the deal with Obama-is-Hitler image anyway? The only rationale I come up for that is somehow LaRouche has decided the social and economic circumstances in this country that led to Obama’s victory were in some way similar to those of post-WWI Germany. The economic devastation of proposed WWI reparations crippled Germany and left the populace ripe for a popular uprising by a charismatic leader.
IF this were a valid comparison, then the LaRouche supporter’s sympathizer wouldn’t be seeing eye to eye with him because then she’d have to accept that her guy did damage equivalent to post-WWI in order to usher in the charismatic new leader.
Yes, faulty reasoning and logic abound here (even my guess, I’m sure). But is it right to simply say: Obama is a socialist so he’s Hitler?
I saw many GW Bush is Hitler posters during his tenure, but it wasn’t because people thought he was a socialist.
I’d like to see some more creative political analogies, but I suppose if they tried to be more creative fewer people would understand what they were saying.
LaRouche is similar in that it attracts people who are disenchanted with the political and economic status quo, which these days is a lot of people. They will appeal to notions of patriotism and fairness, but when you get into their

The battle for the Mind continues.  This is getting weirder, but I guess it’s the Great Military Clashings.

There is a Tacoma business owner who thinks LaRouche is discounted. This business owner is obviously insane herself. I don’t shop there anymore. She stole my cell phone and used twenty minutes of my air time to check all my messages to confirm I am not some part of a vast conspiracy. She too is insane. I reported her to the local prosecutor’s office as she was planning an attack against our prosecutor’s campaign signs.

And so…

Forget the ObamaNuts lambashing the Tea Party Movement being crazies…the LaRouche nuts are threatening a possible coup?  With elections coming around next week…are some of the acts of possible violence being instigated by LaRouchites like these brainwashed souls?

………………….

Other election results of note:
Summer Shields received no votes.
It’s probably not worth mentioning — does a disservice to Bielet, but if Sean Bielet had won the Larouchies would take it as their victory.  He lost quite easily, and if you consider that the Massachusetts Democratic Party had a pretty clean sweep of things — it was a bad night for Scott Brown.
Delia Lopez was in the lower 20 range.  She’s insane, and I guess will continue producing videos for her next campaign — whether the Larouchies decide to adopt her again we’ll have to wait and see.
Robert Lauten?  1.4 percent decided to take a stand against the Queen of England and for Glass Steagal in the California Treasurer election.  Or confused “AIP” for an investment firm.

As it has gone every election cycle for the past 40 years, in good Democratic years and good Republican years and everything in between, the Larouche Organization took a real drubbing at the polls — the American People have Spoken.

to impeach the president, drive over and make Kesha Rogers’ .1 percent chance of victory happen

Tuesday, October 26th, 2010

Everything I ever really needed to know about Technocracy I learned a few years ago reading two, maybe three general interest magazines from the 1930s.  Something along the lines of an opening of “A few years ago, they were considered kooks, but today…”
I’ve learned a few new things since then.  Like last week, when Technocracy, Inc ran an ad spot in the morning on Portland’s liberal radio station.  I doubt they were on at any other time of the day, but I don’t really know.   Out of curiosity, I looked over and see they’ve a location in Ferndale, sure, but also San Francisco and Portland.
Go figure.

What has kept them going for eight decades, you’d have to ask them.  The ad spot claims “No ideology”, which is a classic ruse, all the more absurd for coming from an ideology outside the mainstream of society.  I don’t know what a history of Technocracy, Inc will give you.  At least a history of the Larouche Organization comes down to a history of 40 years of Political Vertigo, from any point in the left/right political continuum, at its most pronounced.

The lemonade stand did not work out, so they picked on the impeachment subject to get donations and attention.  OR:  They wanted cash on the spot

Take the latest attempt at coordinating the movement.  Here are the marching orders for the next week leading up to the election, and the line against what they hear on the streets about their anti-Obama crusade.

Or, Undisclosed Protesters in Topnanga, California.
lartopanga  In his Oct. 20 appearance on LPAC-TV Weekly Report, Lyndon LaRouche issued a sharp warning to those who are dilly-dallying on the question of invoking the 25th Amendment to remove Barack Obama from office. Waiting until after the election to act could be suicidal, he said, because then you will face the threat of dictatorship. You have to act now.
“And what you’re looking at with Obama, right now, is, you’re looking at a threat of a dictatorship, a post-election period dictatorship, in the United States, of Nazi policy! Because, take Obama’s policy: What’s important about this, is not what Obama thinks. Because Obama does not think. He has an appearance, he maintains an appearance, like the Emperor Nero.
“So, who is controlling him? Well, he’s being controlled from London, it’s obvious: He’s being controlled by the crowd around Lord Jacob Rothschild’s Inter-Alpha Group, which is the international financial interest which is running this operation, against us. And what we need, is an American President who is a patriot. And we haven’t had one, recently, in this decade, who’s a real patriot. We have scoundrels, who are opportunists, who are not thinking about what the interests of the American people, the nation, or the world is. They’re thinking about ‘their game.’
“And so, we’ve had that. Like 9/11: Nobody had the guts to come forward, openly, with what they knew about 9/11. We know that. So this is another factor. We had many things in the Bush Administration of that type, the last one; we have things in the Obama Administration like that. And what happens, people who should speak out, did not. Or, they were silenced before they could get a loud voice going.
“So, now we sit, with negligence, like Germany with the Hitler nomination at the end of January of ’33. Before, just a short term before Roosevelt’s inauguration. So, we have this kind of situation, with no Roosevelt in sight!”
The point is, LaRouche later emphasized, “after the election, it’s going to be more difficult than ever to do it.” The action to remove Obama—including by the Vice President, who is showing enormous reluctance to act—has to occur now.
Wait.  Biden is showing reluctance to “act”?  What gave the reluctance away?
Anyway:
An increasing number of Americans have concluded that Lyndon LaRouche is right, that Obama is a failed personality, a narcissistic Emperor Nero type, who seeks adulation from dwindling numbers of sycophants, while pushing policies which punish the vast majority.

Edward Spannaus does the Iranian tv appearance to that effect.  I’m sure it’s always comforting to know who ends up on foreign news sources to represent strains of American political analysis.  It is loopy analysis.  “Worst Economic Collapse in history”, eh?  As always, I WANT MY DARK AGES INTERVAL, along the lines of fifth century Europe.    But I do like how the anti-NWOer interrupts when Steinberg talks up Clinton, to clarify a point of disagreement.

He doesn’t quite live up to the script, though.  Turn to Aussies to get the name in:

Wake up America. Glass-Steagall is the only solution. You allready have small Government it’s called Wall St an appendage of the British. There is one competant person in the U.S. that can handle the collapse. Lyndon LaRouche an F.D.R. Democrat. You have been infiltrated financialy and politicaly by your enemy since the war of Independence The British Empire. Your economy has been deliberately collapsed.

The news is getting passed on and is spreading.  See, October 20 here.

Anyway, one election worth watching…   Nate Silver at 538 has crunched the numbers and shows that Kesha Rogers at .1 percent chance of snatching the victory!  I wish I knew what numbers are being crunched with that one, it’s not at all clear.  Must be a down-ticket  repercussion from Rick Perry leading Bill White for governor by 10 points instead of 15.  But the people are speaking:  She’s nuttier and more extreme than last week’s “hey gawk at this candidate” of the week.

I’d say both nuttier & more extreme. Anyone connected with LaRouche should be sectioned. Proof that there is a point where the craxy ends of the political spectrum meet up around back. ‘Tis the season to be nutty in Texas.
So the solution is to put Stephen Broden and Kesha Rogers in the same room, let ’em talk for 5 minutes then lock both of them up for twenty years. Marvelous.

Candidate debates.  I don’t know why this is posted to the “Ron Paul Forums”, particularly since “C” didn’t mention the Libertarian Candidate debating.  BUT…  here’s your Rogers round – up:

11 minutes “I did not see any real opposition… I saw Capitulation… Refused to Remove Obama… Did not stand up to his defunding of the Constellation… Personality Failure.”  14:30:
Where’s the money coming from?  24 — Well, it’s Czar-dom  25:26 Glass Steagal!

First question and answer in the After Show:  “Learn anything?” “No.”

Hm.  She kept out of this:  How is the impeachment of Obama to be accomplished, though? A recent rally set up by Rogers teaches people how to get it done: Pull over to the side of the road, and join the Kesha Rogers campaign, and then… voila! Obama is impeached, and the LaRouche “extraterrestrial imperative” can move forward.

You know…  Ah, the La Rouche people. They have all the charm of Fred Phelps followers.
really?..the two are comparable?..  [Hitler / Obama]
well alrighty then..good luck with that one..

You have to give this to the people spreading Windsorite conspiracy theories- at least they’ve latched onto an actually existant group with an actual legacy of abused power. (Offer void for “The Queen is a Reptite” proponents and the dude in this nsfw comic.)

As we can see from this, the masses are idiots who can not comprehend:   I bought their journal once and couldn’t make sense of it, even to describe it to other people.

I once had a “conversation” with a LaRouchian on a street corner in Seattle. It started out fine, but took a sharp turn for crazy when this guy sincerely said that science education in America is all wrong, and they should stop teaching science with math. *gape* “How should science be taught then? Since math is a universal constant.” “Poetry!”

Other candidates — California Treasurer candidate Robert Lauten has his voters pamphlet statement here.

In wikipedia land, we see the anonymous iteration of HK LS pop in with a familiar line:

Woohoo! I just noticed that each book given as “Reference” in this article is hostile to Larouche. Now i know im being cheated. uurgh! Never trust a Wiki! 81.210.204.116 (talk) 00:59, 25 October 2010 (UTC)

No, I don’t know what the “Woohoo” is supposed to be woo-hooing.  A victory for the gods, I suppose.  Also note that I’m not putting up any “pro-Larouche” comment.

But if he insists on sources and comments of the Pro nature.
She does. I have known some of those people for years. Not her. Some of the older ones. They are “physical” economists (huge fans of Alexander Hamilton).
But isn’t that more pro-boomer with a slice of anti-LYM?

Then there’s:  I raised Lyndon LaRouche’s Homeowners and Bank Protection Act back in 2007-2008. For whatever reasons, you chose not to expose your readers to the importance of this federal legislation.
Lyndon LaRouche has been slandered as an extremist as well as his co-thinkers. In reality, those slandering him are the extremists, and LaRouche and his co-thinkers are grounded in the spirit of 1776. They understand the policies to which we need to return in order to save the nation from recolonization by the looting monetary Empire.

They really don’t want everyone to know that Larouche hates the Beatles.  Or that this is a larger part of his legacy than “Triple Curve”!

We’ll wait to see if wikipedia uncovers this:  I wonder if Lyndon Larouche ever wrote any material on farts and how they fit into the international political scene. perhaps I should do a google search.

The answer is “No”.  Not enough Hitler, needs more cowbell.

Hm, how would i word the search   ”Lyndon Larouche accsues Henry Kissinger of farting in public?”  do you think that would turn anything up?    how about this one   ”British Bankers conspire to fill the world with hot air by serving beans in the hospitals?” maybe.     how about this google search  “Lyndon Larouche accuses Obama of trying to stink up Congress with loud and smelly black farts”  perhaps that would show up in the search engine.  Well thank you for your kind attention  about this most controversial and necessary subject.  Flick the old blind bard who farts for fun and fantasy  and freedom.

There is a pretty weird trend with these guys — gots a blog to cite?

On Sept. 27, blogger “Ulsterman” returned to his anonymous source, and reported from a still-active White House official that the President was being medically treated for severe depression. The source elaborated: “The infighting among the staff is off the charts. More recently, the president has increasingly withdrawn emotionally from the day to day demands of his job—he has become what was described to me as ’empty’…. His natural detachment has become almost chronic to the point of being disconcerting to staff around him. It appears President Obama is suffering from severe depression.”

Who is Ulsterman?  Does he post here?  Is he sending information to both Wayne Madesn AND the Larouche org?   Whatever, it does give people some word to fill in their details  — back to PUMA land.

So… Elizabeth Sopkovich, the other LaRouche member at Monday’s demonstration, said the group wouldn’t go on record saying anything more than than it would like to impeach Obama.

Finally, Here’s your Webster Tarpley finding his Hitler groove.  And if you’re hankering for some Venetian Conspiracy!

the Rolling University and the tangled Soros Tides Foundation Octupus

Sunday, October 17th, 2010

I am dumber for having read this, which comes from out of what I guess is “PUMA-ville“:

QUESTION: Is it possible for Nancy Pelosi to be defeated on November 2nd?
Remember how stunned Democrats were in 2004 when tax cheat Tom Daschle , then a Democrat Senate leader, lost his seat to Cocktail Party darling John Thune? No one saw that coming.  The election was closer than anyone could have imagined.
Could the same thing happen to Nancy Pelosi?

Really?  The example given doesn’t even compute — the Republicans targetted Daschle and campaigned to the hilt to defeat him, leveraging Bush’s electoral domination in South Dakota.  Anyway, the answer is … of course not.  But this is funny.

(3) Halloween weekend is a very big deal in San Francisco.  Liberal voters tend to be more into Halloween than conservatives are.  Halloween is a big cosplay drinking party that will run nonstop from Friday October 29th through Sunday October 31st, with many San Franciscans dragging tail Monday morning November 1st.  Will they be motivated to hit the polls on Tuesday, either going in early before work or after they’ve dragged themselves through a rough recovery Tuesday? Ordinarily, would this wouldn’t be that big of a factor…but in a year when people are demoralized and dejected anyway, how many will use Halloween as an excuse to just not vote?

Someone do a study on whether Elections held on November 2 had an electorate bias based off of Halloween partying hang-overs.
Anyway, John Dennis is quite well known in the right niche blogosphere parts — the “Daily Paul“.  Meantime, Summer Shields…:

I live here and NO ONE seems to know who John Dennis is. I have seen more literature and canvassing by the La Rouche backed Democratic candidate Summer Shields. he is a young black man who wants to impeach Obama. John Dennis is doing a lousy job making himself known. He is a Republican, but of the Libertarian thread. He COULD defeat Pelosi because his platform is more like San Franciscans than Pelosi!
He is a very good looking man, too, so all he has to do is plaster his picture up and these dumb queens around here will vote for him just for that reason alone.

So there you go?  Note that nobody here is thinking of actually writing Summer Shields’s name in.  I’ll be sure to look for the upsurge of commenters online planning on that act.
Meantime, Democratic Party Demorialization for Election cycle 2010 can be quantified with this anecdotal report from the Texas 22 District:
I think I’ll sit this one out.
OR even this positive notice:
A Democrat, the All-America sounding Kesha Rogers, running for Tom DeLay’s old Congressional seat (“Without DeLay” was once her slogan) on a platform that includes impreaching Obama for supporting Britain’s colonialism (She and the Newt can debate splitting the difference over whose colonialism it really is.) These are candidates deserving of wider recognition, by pundit’s polls (geeks seeking higher ratings). They are entertaining, are fearless about their warts and faux pas, have views that chart new political courses – and have withstood direct challenges by their own parties. They, like the others, won the first round.  Do they deserve to lose? You bet’cha.
Rogers actually has some good ideas. She and Lyndon LaRouche want to go to Mars; I want them to go to Mars, too.

Rick Potvin passed off a “members only” blog post announcing that the “LYM Can be Considered a University on Wheels“.  FANTASTIC!

Hm.  @seedypete: PS – Two second Lyndon Larouche story … I was in high school, second row, history/current events class … the teacher was this insane old man … imagine Kinison in “Back to School” …
Anyhow, it was just after an election and Lyndon LaRouche had gotten some small amount of votes … and the teacher quietly … oh so quitely walks in front of the class and says … “Lyndon Larouche received x amount of the vote yesterday despite claims that he is anti-Semitic and a neo-Nazi. Why is that? Why would anyone vote for him? Anyone? Anyone?”
Everyone else (smartly) sat there quietly … but since the guy in front of me was out sick, this teacher was staring right at me. So, I kind of cleared my throat and said, “Um, they didn’t know who they were voting for?”
He looked at me … paused … and said, “They didn’t know who they were voting for … they didn’t know who they were voting for … THEY DIDN’T KNOW WHO THEY WERE VOTING FOR! Then he picked up the empty desk and threw it across the front of the room.
Come to find out that was his way of agreeing with my statement … but I very nearly pissed myself … and never spoke in his class again for the rest of the year …

Here we see the LYM, and the “Boomers”, wheeling around:

larstrausslardowners  I’ve never known a Univeristy Professor who has not offered up his or her name.

Burlington Post Office:  I’m not sure what the Larouche reference is. Is he still emitting crazy from the grave?

Downer’s Grove, Illinois.  “Hi, you ready to remove Obama?” a female LaRouche supporter asked a man walking out of the post office?”
The man walking by gave a low-key response: “Um, no, not really.”[…]
A Downers Grove Police officer stopped by to caution the two about their approach while at the same time acknowledging the activists’ right to free speech. The officer, who would not provide his name, said the department received five or six calls from people complaining about their display. […]
A few people who walked by the display seemed to at least agree with their “impeach Obama” message, referring to socialism and accusing the president of trying to turn America into a socialist country like the former Soviet Union.

 Yucca Valley Post Office
“We’ve got the real guts on this thing and we know what to do,” said one of the volunteers, who declined to give his name.
Several inquisitive motorists stopped to get more information. Most expressed anger toward the current administration, but few registered their financial support for the PAC’s organization.
Many asked whether the group had any affiliation with talk show host Glenn Beck, whom they were more interested in supporting.
Self-employed resident Raymond Falk took an interest in the PAC’s demonstration Tuesday.
“He’s following ‘Mein Kampf,’” Falk said of Obama, referring to Adolf Hitler’s famous work. Falk said he felt the president was “running us into the ground,” and that he wants too much power.
Falk wasn’t the only initial supporter. Helen Price also stopped to check out the clamor.
“I called the White House today and said ‘I’m tired of them saying I’m fired up,’” Price said, adding that she feels the current administration is “ruining everything in this country.”

Price said she attributes the lack of jobs in the country to “a year on health care,” and said she felt President Obama’s efforts should have been focused elsewhere.
“Where do I sign up?” asked Bud Foster, after seeing the controversial posters.

Associated with Glenn Beck?

Wow…this LaRouche guy is looking for his 15 minutes of fame but just can’t seem to find it. He’s been associated with the SOCIALIST Workers Party, ran for president under the US Labor Party and even the DEMOCRATIC Party. So just who does he want to represent…himself?

Or perhaps the road-side people were with John Dingel and not Glenn Beck?

Remember when the left glommed onto the first sighting of an Obama-Hitler sign as originating from the tea party, when in fact the man holding the sign was a democrat supporter of John Dingall? No wonder they have swept Democrat Rogers’ demand for impeachment (complete with Obama-Hitler signs) under the rug. It is impossible to fit a square peg Obama opponent into a round hole narrative.

A bit funny to mention Glenn Beck.  There’s a two degrees of separation, or thereabouts, with the media consumption of the terrorist Bryon Williams, who picked up on the “Tides Foundation” as a font of horror in part from Glenn Beck and Alex Jones, and the conspiratorial ramblings of one Lyndon Larouche, as he connects the Tides Foundation with George Sorors and

Under Soros management are four core elements functioning as a single integrated foreign agency:
** The Democracy Alliance. a private billionaires’ political club founded by Soros in 2004-2005;

I note some key differences here between any item of conspiracism floated from Larouchies and the same ones floated elsewhere.
The report identifies the Bagram “black jail” as a “screening facility” run by the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), the military’s counter-terrorism unit which runs a network of secret prisons, and deploys hit teams around the world for the purpose of “snatch and grabs” and targetted assassinations—much of which is falsely attributed to the CIA. The JSOC also carries out many of the drone bombing raids, especially those which kill civilians, in Afghanistan and Pakistan. (U.S. government documents show that the JSOC was also involved in the October 1986 raid against Lyndon LaRouche and his associates, in which the intention was to use the search-and-seizure operation as a cover for the assassination of LaRouche.)

Larouche is the only one that’s going to insert his Assassination into the world picture.

Lyndon LaRouche? Please! Same problem with all the other do-gooders that don’t understand what they are up against. They become tools of destruction but are allowed to maintain their personal sense of ‘duty’. Suckers….

Hm.  Williams blames the Obama administration and Billionaire George Soros for orchestrating the Deepwater Horizon explosion and BP oil spill.

That’s a nutty one.

Anyway… Let’s play Right – Left ping pong.  What say you, Ayn Rand philes?

I listened carefully to the Reisman lecture, and I read carefully the WSM material, and I learned nothing new about true (laissez-faire) capitalism and nothing new about socialism, whether of the statist-totalitarian or (supposedly) “democratic-consensus” variety. Reisman is (and Rand, before him, was) spot-on in regard to the true totalitarian nature of fascism and National Socialism. The WSM folks read like a near-cousin of the Lyndon Larouche stuff.

Um.  What this is?
Who belongs to the “Order of the Toilet”?

And this is odd, as we go from Larouche on Soros to wanting the new Republican Congress to investigate Obama’s “Eligibility“.

Is that the Larouche Plan of which this guy speaks, or is it the Orly Taitz Plan?

Here we see Bill Lauten gripe about who the Democratic Party hierarchy supports and two comments

Mr. Lauten–If you’re so unhappy with Democrats, please feel free to leave the Party and take Mr. Larouche with you.

Larouchites are batty –

Also Bill Lauten is running for State Treasurer on the “American Indepence Party” — or Constitution Party.

In Wikipedia News — the anonymous ISPs that currently make up the Wikipedia Sock Puppet Team have come up with the need for inclusion of:
In 2008, ”Fenomeni e Fisica” (”Phenomena and Physics”) was published by the Italian publisher Minerva. It is a high-school level science textbook written by P. Marazzini, M.E. Bergamaschini, and L. Mazzoni, which includes a section on the “LaRouche-Riemann method,” contrasting LaRouche’s view of the non-entropic nature of human development to the pro-entropic view of the [[Club of Rome]]. The authors say that LaRouche emphasizes technological innovation and human creativity, contradicting a deterministic view of society and economics, but that he doesn’t clarify how these factors affect quality of life.
Also:
While there is almost no coverage of LaRouche economics, there are very large and irrelevant sections on “Psycho-sexuality and political organizing”, “Marxist roots,” and homosexuals. These seem to be there only as an excuse to include a bunch of attacks on LaRouche.
You go with what’s relevant.

Anyway, they’re getting their way a bit, though, with one editor who keeps ending his missives with a great “Cheers!” … Curious to note:

There does seem to be a problem with the sourcing of views. What is being requested under WP:RS#Quotations is a citation of the original source. In most cases that has not been provided. In some cases a citation was provided that did not correspond to the attributed view. For example, this source does not say that LaRouche views the Beatles as “tools of oligarchs or Aristoleans” — it simply makes it clear that he dislikes them (and I’m not convinced that this is a notable view, worthy of being in the lede.) This source doesn’t say that Dick Cheney “ordered the 9/11 attacks” — it says that “the entirety’ of Cheney’s power over U.S. policy-shaping ‘was gained solely through those of his presently undiscovered political benefactors who staged the terrorist attack of Sept. 11, 2001,” which I understand to mean that Cheney was able to increase his influence due to the attacks. Since this is a BLP I think it is important that the views attributed closely match the original source. The alleged views on the Holocaust and “Zionist conspiracy” still have no original source cited. Delia Peabody (talk) 22:53, 14 October 2010 (UTC)
That’s amazing Delia. I have never ever, counting from my one and only drug trip 10 years ago, seen such a massive distortion of reality as in the Beatles-“quote”. I’m stunned. Who created this crap ?

So, we’re moving away from the “Larouche was on the radio in Salt Lake on the morning of 9/11 and” he fingered the Israelis as it was happening?  A source of pride in an interview I once heard with a … Wolfson?  Wolfman?  Also, I once asked a Larouche Youther why he joined, and he made sure to mention in his answer that 9/11 was an Inside Job…

In other wikipedia news, the Kesha Rogers article is being moved into a generarlized Texas elections article, as This person does not qualify for her own article in Wikipedia. Politician who has never held office, neve won an election, is far behind in the polls, etc.)  What polls is s/he talking about?

The British invented Punk Rock, and Wikipedia. Roddy Roddy Piper? Not British.

Friday, October 8th, 2010

A cool little punk rock song.  It’s the “War Against Terror” singing  what the kids will surely be tuning in for next week when Dick Clarke spotlights it on his “American Bandstand” show — “La La LaRouche“, a song inspired by the Alaskan Activist Sidney Hill.  Good news for Amanda Vin Zant — perhaps the Media has lost interest, but a lone rock band with 30 youtube page hits hasn’t.

Rick Potvin, the leader of the Larouche Cryonics Movement, and the pre-eminent teacher of Larouchian techniques in Piano Playing, can go ahead and pass over the song.  Then again, Larouche has yet to discard the music, so maybe he can pick up on it while he discards Stravinsky — as per Larouche’s instructions.

Wikipedia Update.  There are some quite funny, and quite familiar, things said by the Outer Zeta Group of Larouche, Inc.

No mention of Glass-Steagall, for example, even though there are references about it cited on this page. Reading over this page, I see some totally twisted stuff. You reject TIME magazine as a source? That is just totally bizarre. And yet the article is full of unknown lunatic fringe commentators spouting goofy theories about LaRouche.

I believe to present much room for “Glass Steagal” would be to violate a rule against undue weight toward the present, ie: Larouche will move onto some other popular issue, or idea, in a week.  Funny, for instance, that today I see this headline:
LaRouche: Use 25th Amendment To Remove Obama Now
Really?  The 25th Amendment?  I don’t have that on the top of my mind, but sure — that is the Amendment for Removal of President.  But this is the first I’ve seen the Larouchies reference.

Sure enough, it percolates.  See Kesha Rogers respond with the 25th Amendment here — though, only after learning how Kesha Rogers spends her “Me” time.

Will BeBack:    And who are you? This page has seen so many sock puppets that new editors who appear out of nowhere yet are familiar with Wikipedia procedures are suspicious. What previous account names or IPs have you used?
Larouche Wikipedia Team:  You first. You seem to be dominating this article — who are you? There should be some accountability here. I don’t know squat about Wikipedia procedures except to say that they don’t seem to work, judging by the amount of BS in this article. There seem to be no quality control measures in place.

Funny.  By “Quality Control Measures”, he means lack of restrictions on the constant barrage of Larouchians wanting to stomp their feet about mentions on “Russia Today”.

“Lack of Research and Insight” ? OMG, BeBack, you make my day? Everyone knows that you are virtually OBSESSED with LaRouche and LaRouche-related Articles. This is a new level of hypocrisy.

The “obsession” tic is always an interesting one, coming from these people, because their point of view — the reason for surfacing about protests with Obama Hitler Mustache signs — is to argure that Larouche is an important person deserving of your attention.

I’m here to expose hypocrites and chew bubblegum. And you, Will Beback, cannot deny the FACT that your name appears in every discussion of articles about LaRouche

A Roddy Piper fan, huh?

Will Beback, your attempt to divert the discussion of your inappropriate behaviour (lying about your involvement with LaRouche – related articles) to project rules and to my editing has: FAILED.I take it then that you do not deny that you are a hypocrite and rest my case

Well, that settles it, doesn’t it?
Your rants, and run on babble, reads like your pontificated quotes contained in Sierra Club articles.
And Everybody knows about his infamous Sierra Club article discussions.

But I guess they “win” with the frequent “Neutrality Dispute” headline.  Keep it up, and maybe next time… next time

When the interview was over I can remember Dave Didio turning to me in the car and saying “I hope you realize we just got played.” And naturally he was right. LaRouche had just wasted our time, not his. He knew full well that no responsible newspaper publisher would give space to his insane ranting. Was The Stars and Stripes supposed to print an interview with a crazed man who apparently didn’t like America, but was running for President? Our publisher back then was too smart to be played by LaRouche. As for me, I guess I wasn’t quite ready for the majors.

As against.

Note to this person:  I saw some sign posts to a local long term incumbent Congress-critter, who has never faced an opponent that has escaped a percentage in the 20s.  The answer is no.

But, Don’t forget to vote.  We were… this close… to a massive Rachel Brown Landslide.

Schneider tried to take a photo of the volunteers but said they shied away from the camera. She wanted to circulate the photo via e-mail as a way of reminding people how important it is to vote. People like the volunteers, who are “on the lunatic fringe,” shouldn’t be allowed into a position of power to dictate to other people, she said. […]

Why the PAC volunteers chose Salem for their outreach last week remains a mystery. The Gazette’s calls to a phone number listed on the PAC pamphlet went unanswered, and there was no option to leave a message. According to the LaRouche PAC website, the number is for a local volunteer.

Also, they’re not John Birchers.

But they didn’t say anything outrageous, nothing I could disagree with as someone who voted against Bush*. But I was warned by those who knew more than I did that they’re also John Birchers.
Though, individual “supporters” might be.   I wouldn’t be surprised if the Alaska fellow was…

Also, if you watch that Donald Duck cartoon — Glenn Beck mash-up, you’ll know Mickey Mouse is… one of those Communists.  They’re Everywhere, I says, EVERYWHERE.

And Conan O’brien isn’t comprable in any way.  I don’t know… is this a reference to an idea of a “cult following”, or… perpetual candidacy?

In International News, CEC members jammed a showing of a Global Warming denial film back in 2007, or at least sprinked themselves into the audience.

The CEC was originally an electoral front for the Australian League of Rights (increasingly elderly “patriots” largely concerned with Holocaust denial and Jewish conspiracies), until it was stacked by local followers of Lyndon Larouche and disagreements over the status of the Queen (ALOR loved her, the Larouchites reckon she runs an international drug empire) forced a split.
Since then, the CEC has spent most of their time losing elections (badly) and raising money (and lots of it). […]
The ABC told Crikey that viewers who contacted the station to congratulate or complain in the lead-up to the airing of the documentary were invited to apply to participate in the studio audience. A balanced mix of believers and sceptics were then selected. The ABC estimates there were around five members of the CEC in the audience of 80.
According to the Larouchites, there were 18 — three of whom were kicked out prior to the show for being “potentially disruptive”. Four of the remaining members asked questions.

It’s all about the Club for Rome!  (Why a 2007 article popped up.)

In spite of doing quite a lot of searching, I couldn’t find anything substantial – whenever I compared what the “Limits” book says to what the critics claimed it said, I found myself concluding they either hadn’t read the book or were deliberately misrepresenting it. I bounced a few thoughts from time to time off my favourite tinfoil sounding board and got nothing credible back – in the end most of the theories seem to lead back to the Executive Intelligence Review (ie. the LaRouche organisation).

Monterery County Post Office Tour Stop!  Monterey County REPRESENT!!!!!

Jobe Cowen and Stewart Battle stand near Obama posters adorned with Hitler mustaches in front of the Monterey post office.
“Are you ready to help dump Obama?!” one of them says to a couple walking by.
The two young men were campaigning for Summer Shields who is running for congress in San Fransisco and supported by Lyndon LaRouche. The pair had been out since 10am handing out papers and taking donations for Shields’ campaign. […]
People on both sides of their campaign spoke out in support of Cowen and Battle, or shouted negative remarks, but Cowen was not bothered by them.
“The Obama supports have weak arguements,” he says. “Things like, “Just give him more time,” but I just say we don’t have any more time.

Or maybe they have other arguments:

“You guys must have the brains of a frog,” said one woman. Another Monterey resident agreed.
“I would tell them to throw out their own trash, meaning the stuff they’re preaching.”

Don’t have a vote for Summer Shields.  Do have a contact!
They are saying that BO is on depression medication. I had also read this on a blog. According to them, this is grounds to get him removed from office. It comes under Section 4 of the 25th amendment. I guess it comes under mental incompetentency ……like we didnt already know that. Anyway the rumor is, is BO is sinking fast and they want him out of power.
The LaRouchePAC.com is in charge of this. I have no idea if this is a reputable organization or not……….but I signed the petition.

He’ll find out soon enough if they’re a reputable organization.  Or not.  Well, he could check out wikipedia!

Kesha Rogers, meanwhile:  Interesting. She just might get my vote… Will WIN!!!

If Cowen and Battle get sick a cold one day, they could hire a sub.  I subbed to Larouche Youth a while ago, then ditched it.. I don’t really remember, he was a big fan of FDR or something, no? I got the vibe he didn’t know what freemason scum was walking around.

>….<

Yesterday, Thursday, I reported that the U.S. Congress, in a crucial vote, had failed to match my warning and had thus lost its battle to save the United States; it is now a likely, although not yet fully certain prospect, that that moral failure of the Congress, although allowed only by a scant majority in the U.S. Congress, has condemned our nation to an almost inevitable, early arrival in Hell. […]
It is now probable, although not yet inevitable, that the United States (and also all trans-Atlantic civilization) is about to be destroyed in a breakdown-crisis comparable to that of Europe’s Fourteenth Century. You can now thank both President Barack Obama and any political authority who
supports the continuation of his visibly lunatic reign for that.

Dark Ages Coming.  Make the best of it.
But first, Summer Shields invites everyone to…:

Sunday, October 24, 2010 (All day) – Tuesday, November 2, 2010 (All day)
All patriots are welcome to join the campaign for an action orientated week of musical rallies, door-to-door organizing, educational workshops and more.
So musical rally, door to door knocking, and powerpoint presentations … then Dark Ages.

When Eustace Mullins, Daniel Estulin, and WizardKing78 take over from Kesha Rogers, Rachel Brown, and Summer Shields

Monday, September 27th, 2010
I first spotted Owen Roe and called him out as an entity in the Larouchian Wikipedia Project last July.  It took a good two months for him to be booted.  It came with the “To the Keyboards! All Hands on Deck!” fight for the soul of the “View of Larouche and the Org” article,  which was in the process of being overhauled and under some wikipedia protection or other — seen here in explaining his claim of “Neutrality”.

Will Beback:  It’s regrettable that, once again, the discussions here have been driven and dominated by socks of HK. It further proves that new editors who come to LaRouche topics are almost always HK socks. Even though they hang out with HK on another site, I assume good faith on the part of Cla68 and Lar in commenting here.
Also deleted from Wikipedia:  Cuchulin.  Brian of Kincora — who has a thing for clearing out the word “climate change denial”.  S Fursi.  May be a few others.
The Kesha Rogers Campaign continues full frontal no nonsense campaigning,  aligned right up with the current line from the Weekly Reports.
“Have you been brainwashed to think, ‘We’ll vote him out in 2012…’? Not only is that merely a political line being fed to the American people, to create impotency, it’s the same line the German opposition government fed its people, in 1933,” said Rogers in a campaign release. “In reality, Republicans aren’t any more serious about impeaching Obama, than the Democrats were about impeaching Cheney and Bush in 2006, because they, like the Democrats in 2006, are generally more interested in using the desperation of the population to score a political victory for themselves, than in saving the country from bankruptcy and disintegration. The crisis the world is facing isn’t operating on election cycles–the crisis is such that Obama has to go now.”
Pete Olson stands behind the new “Pledge”, which is… hyperbolic.  Anyway, some Democrats who are not voting for Kesha Rogers…

Straight ticket? My choices for US Congress are.
Now I vote a straight Democratic ticket, something that I think Jim Sharp depends on to some degree. But I am already on the lookout for Kesha Rogers’ name to deselect before I cast my straight Democratic ballot. She doesn’t deserve to be elected dog catcher.
To be sure, she has support from other anonymous blog commenters … see:
She has my vote. Read her position papers. She seems very practical. Which clashes with the majority view: So where’s the plan for the space port so the ships from Alpha Centauri can land?
Maybe you can report the paragraph following the clip here in a non-ironic voice and claim it as creditable favorable coverage?

A while ago, I noticed an “Impeach” bumper sticker, familiar from the Bush Administration.  It was left over from then, but I wondered if it’s the equivalent of a bumper sticker to an old presidential campaign (Kerry / Edwards) never plastered off, or if it’s a continuation.  Anyway, reading the “Pledge” with the rhetoric about the “Public not Consenting” — it strikes me that Impeaching Presidents somewhat willy nilly for the crime of Low Approval Rating or Loud Opposition would lead to a situation that is sort of, well, Weimar-Esque.  I thought we consented  to Obama as head of the Executive Branch for a four year duration?

Evidently if you watch this week’s “Weekly Report”, we will find the Cult Leader spouting — alongside John Hoefel and Debra Freeman and Harley Schlanger — the “urgency” —
somewhere with the ancient question of the Difference between Baboon and Human —
“What we have to do is get the president  out of office. […] “   “Put the right pressure out, and he will take himself out.  We just want to get him out in a bloodless way.  Once he’s out…”  GLASS STEAGAL, Baby!
7 minutes in, he pulls the “Suicide” tact with regard to Barack Obama.  Interesting creeps, these guys, “Leading politicians in his position tend toward suicide.  […] Don’t assume he’s going to survive.”
If you watched more than that, Congratulations.
How, then, does one confront LaRouche’s followers claiming that President Obama will usher in a new age of Nazi British rule? The only option is with pity.

There is something familiar with this diagnosis of Obama.  Charles Krauthammer does something somewhat similar, actually — but here we just see an example of playing Tribal Politics and the raw political prejudices the Larouche Org is playing with.  (Capitol Hill Blue beats Larouche out.)

To play in this Fantasy World,  Is there a rift between Larouche and his supposed old allies?  Barney Frank … severely wounded by the Rachel Brown Campaign, right? … brings out the Big Guns!
The high school jazz band is playing and the chorus is singing songs from “The Sound of Music,” as this aging industrial city close to the Rhode Island border becomes ground zero for the nation’s political battle today.
Former president Bill Clinton is at Taunton High School urging the crowd to return Barney Frank to congress, and to vote other Democrats into office.

But this would not be as big a rift as with the anti-Tony Blair forces!

But the campaign electioneering of Kesha Rogers, Rachel Brown, and Summer Shields are… in the end… Novelty Acts.  These exercises don’t amount to match.  To assess the stamp of the Larouche org on the body politick, you really have to turn to the World of Conspiracsim nd some political paranoia and within the Conspiracy Industry — though it’s always a curious matter of figuring out who is swimming in whose pond — or spitting in whose pool.  It seems somehow appropriate that with the Rachel Brown campaign laid aside at last — and Barney Frank’s Landslide Victory showing the utter Rejection on the part of Boston to Brown — despite , or maybe BECAUSE OF appeals such as this:
In the Mass primary a vote for Rachel Brown could be the finish of the Obama Presidency because it’s a vote for the Glass-Steagall policy and knocking out the controllers behind the current disaster. The media and the Barney camp are trying to demoralize vote.  So get all of your friends and family to the polls on Sept.14, open from 7am to 8pm. Independents have to request a Dem Party ballot to vote for Rachel Brown.

the Conspiracism of various Personalities in the world of Conspiracy Crap come front and center.  It is Eustace Mullins, Daniel Estulin, and 9/11 Truth.

Just over a week ago, a respectable polling institue actually unveiled the answers to a poll on approval for a Glenn Beck lead Religious Movement.  My immediate thought on hearing this news is … Who asks such a question, and Why?  Anyway, the man responsible more than anyone else right now for mainstreaming old John Birch Society tracts stepped into the fore with Eustace Mullins … xlcer went to Dennis King’s book and came up with this:
In 1984 the Sons of Liberty republished War! War! War! with an introduction by Eustace Mullins, a scholarly anti-Semite who is friendly with the LaRouchians and attended their 1984 annual convention. The Sons of Liberty also launders LaRouche’s neo-Cincinnatus doctrines into white supremacist circles via the pamphlets of the Christian Defense League’s Dr. John Coleman. Scores of Coleman’s pamphlets have titles similar to those of LaRouchian articles or books and contain identical analyses. They never mention LaRouche’s name, yet the ideas are his. Mullins, who is a contributing editor of Coleman’s World Economic Review, says that Coleman “claims to have mysterious connections in British intelligence, but for the last ten years all he’s done is copy LaRouche’s stuff.” Thus does the LaRouchian message circulate in the swastika-and-bedsheet crowd, while LaRouche, the self-styled friend of the White House, is spared unnecessary public embarrassment.
You know… I am naturally fascinated by the idea that Jeff Steinberg voiced anger that “David Ickes” was stealing his stuff, which is something of an Onion headline.

Next, we get Fidel Castro quoting Daniel Estulin quoting Lyndon Larouche.  The name “Daniel Estulin” is familiar, and looking about I see he pops into my view because he’s one of those guys who makes a pilgrimage to the Bilderberg Meetings to shout at buildings.  And, all I had to do was read the Alexandar Cockburn article on the same topic to see that he made an impression on me (and anyone else who keeps a sideways glance over toward Alex Jones) when he reported that the “Elites” were planning on assassinating Ron Paul.
Ron Paul has an edge up over Lyndon Larouche in not being the source of his “Elites are  coming to Assassinate Me” conspiracy theories.

And next, David Lindsay approves of the 9/11 Truther Speech at the UN of Iranian President through the “Equivalence” Method.
Ahmadinejad’s theories about 9/11 are exactly as sane as any belief in an Iranian nuclear weapons programme, or in such a programme’s threat to America or Britain even if it existed, or in “al-Qaeda”, or in “the global terrorist network”, or in “Taliban” distinct from the Pashtun as a whole, or in any connection between Afghanistan and 9/11, or in any connection between Iraq and 9/11, or in WMD in Iraq, or in such WMD as a threat to America or Britain even if they had existed, or that Obama was not born in America, or in anything peddled by the supporters of Lyndon LaRouche, one of whom is the Democratic nominee in the 22nd Congressional District of Texas. Except that Ahmadinejad (like, to be fair, LaRouche) has never started a war.
Didn’t you hear — he declared War on Great Britain?
Incidentally, we have one of the first visitors to this Sacred Ground.

One more item of some interest.  It’s, um, WizardKing78… surely right up there with Eustace Mullins and Daniel Estulin?

I think LaRouche was eluding to the powerful British (Jewish) bankers, the Rothschilds, who own the Federal Reserve and most of America’s debt. Their puppet, Obama, is now set on bankrupting the US completely by piling on trillions more in debt whilst crippling industry with such measures as cap-and-trade. […]
Somewhere in there, and the Front of various causes, puts a lie to this:
Also, again, you do realize that the major majority of Hitler as Obama posters are from Larouche Group – a liberal group who was mad he didn’t go for public option – don’t you?
Raise your hand if you seriously think the Larouche org favors any damned Health Care policy proposal?  (Incidentally, they faked support for “Single Payer” and not faked support for  a”Public Option”.)
The “Whirr” Laroucher guy gives a reporter Hell for referring to them as “right wing”.
Anyway… Big Government and Breitbart has stuck up a new video throwing the Larouchies out of the “Tea Party” rallies.  Actually, there are some interesting comments here.
Nice try. LaRouche is so far right he makes John Birch look like a Commie freak.

My first encounter with La Douche was August 28th 2010 I was with two friends at an Impeach Obama Rally in San Diego. There was one guy with that same poster, Obama with a Hitler mustache. My friend from L.A. who oddly enough is a poster here too said they were a Leftist organization. I had no idea, I never paid attention before. I went up to him and asked what he had to say. Well it was plenty boring and I’m awful at shooting film but here is the video I captured http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzZP4jZTO4s . He states at the beginning he is with La Rouche, my camera doesn’t stray much from his face. Even though he’s darned good looking, he creeped me out plenty. It was almost like he was trying some type of mind control <<<I know that sounds weird.

Am I right in saying that LaRouche went to jail due to trying to start a third party?

That’s a new one!

Does anyone know who La rouche is or have you read he is a liberal socialist and just keep repeating the same old lies. La Rouche wants to impeach Obama , G. Soros and all the corrupt members of the fed government. La rouche seems very sane but I believe most of you just type whatever someone else does like a dog salivating when the dinner bell is rung. pathetic. I also assume that people who think La Rouche is a wacko feels the same about truthers, birthers, and people who think Hemp should be the Trillion dollar crop that could save this country from going under as just someone who likes getting high and you still support the government when it comes to making hemp illegal.

” I also assume that people who think La Rouche is a wacko feels the same about truthers, birthers”
Well, yeah.
And, dude? I’d stay away from the hemp.

So, beyond this… Some of the Political Activism in Spreading the Message.  WASHINGTON DC!!!
I’ve recently seen some really surprising graffiti in DC:  on the outer loop of the Beltway, just after the I-95 merger someone has neatly printed on the overpass “End the Fed”.  And this evening as I was driving toward DuPont on Massachusetts Avenue, I saw a banner hanging down from the railing above the 14th Street underpass (at 13th Street) that showed a snake divided into pieces and was labeled “Glass-Steagall or Die”.  I haven’t been able to get a picture of either, unfortunately.  I’m not really sure what to say other than that this is pretty different than the Folk and People tags I grew up with.
Graffiti, huh?  Interposed on the Tea Party favorite.  Can’t the Larouchies spring for a billboard, or are those too controlled by Clear Channel that would censor such a message

Woodridge, Illinois, and the Fight Between the Larouchies and the Kiwanis Club.
Five men and women, wearing red bibs, handed out packets of peanuts and collected donations in empty milk jugs Thursday at Lemont Road and 75th Street. Meanwhile, a lone figure wearing an “Impeach Obama” sandwich board handed out fliers depicting the president with a Hitler-style mustache, denounced Obama’s policies.
I think the Kiwanians won.
Congratulations to the Activism of Jacob Johnson — you made Le Monde in their look of the American Political Scene.
We got some action in Indiana, complete with a rarity — an email alerting everyone to the next “Historic Webcast”.

The flier, dated Feb. 7, 2010, was created by the (Lyndon H.) LaRouche Political Action Committee, a well-known organization for such materials.
The man handing them out seemed eager to give me the flier and even more eager to take my name and phone number before I had to speed away to make the green light.
I’ll let you know what his staffers tell me when they call. Stay tuned.
[…]
ANSWER!!! […]But what I would recommend are two things: a video that goes through the importance and history of Glass Steagall and the debate between Barney Frank and his first opponent in 30 years, our 29-year-old Rachel Brown. […] We did him mortal damage. He’s not much use anymore to the bankers that own him […]
Other than those two, there is a wonderful 3-D tour of the water project which will launch the solutions, the North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA) and a new one on the application of NAWAPA to Africa, as well as the daily update from Sept 12 which has an interview with the chief economist of our publication, John Hoefel on the Inter-Alpha Group of banks. You are guaranteed to learn a lot!
The other thing you should know, is that every week Mr LaRouche does the Weekly Update, […]Get to know him, he’s the Ben Franklin of our day.

(But maybe they’ve gotten good in the way of Responses.)

The evening lasted exactly THREE hours, not because she spoke that long, but because people wanted to talk about this and ask questions. Unfortunately the better part of one hour of the Q & A was dominated by a Lyndon LaRouche guy in the back row who asked the first question – “Will the bailout be null and void if Obama is proved ineligible?” He then followed up with numerous comments about government spending, the need for a national strike and the Federal Reserve among other things. Finally some lady stood up and said, enough- she didn’t come to hear him talk about all the problems in the country but that she was there to hear Mrs Taitz talk about Obama’s eligibility. Steam came out the ears of the LaRouche guy, he grabbed his Mt. Rushmore hat off the floor and made a few comments about her to those sitting next to him. He then went out to talk on his phone (which, BTW, twice during the meeting, loudly rang twice for about six rings each time before he was able to get up and out the door to answer it).

I suspect these guys in Utah are like the Alaska Protester:
I always hear his people talking on tthe local am radio and they always speak higjly of the New Deal and suggest a similar program to get the economy going again.

FINALLY — The Summer Shields Campaign continues:
“I think it’s an accurate description of the policies being presented by Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi,” said Michael Moberg, 76. “If we get Obama out of office we can save the country.”
Uncertainty towards the banner’s actual meaning and purpose was rampant, however, Alli Perebikovsky, a 23-year-old volunteer on the Shields’ campaign and the banner’s designer, said it was representative of the similarities she saw between Obama’s healthcare plan and Hitler’s Action T4 Euthanasia program.
According to the Larouche Org,  Summer Shields and his campaign have been reigniting the Scientific Community with multiple new projects.  Boing Boing has actually covered some of this.
