I have on one of my pandora stations — sort of set up with a few “stations” forÂ the genresÂ of country and jazz and bluesÂ –Â there I feel like putting that on — and a few pretty interchangable rock stations, necessary to click away when pandora throws into an inescapable rut.Â (I’d think there would be someÂ lines of demarcation for sub-genre, but that doesn’t seem toÂ work in practice.)Â So,Â pandora goes from Talking Heads’s “Who Is It?”, left on.Â Next comes a particularly bad David Bowie song — nothing wrong with David Bowie, but this particular Bowie track — “Sound and Vision” — Â grates at me.Â So I give it the thumbs-down.Â Pandora then goes to… Talking Heads… “Memories Can’t Wait (Live)”.Â It’s weird how when pandora is scolded, it back-tracks to the safest position.
