times meaning shuffles

Watching the ads on an nfl game, a quick once over head scratch noting that few things sound more tedious than a dramatic tv series based on the behind the scenes action of a fictionalized network morning program — the teaser thrown seemingly touching the same tired notes on the dramatic tv series based on the behind the scenes action of fictionalized network late night show, ESPN sports show, SNL sketch show, and so forth with the proviso that there is less interesting on the finished source product. I await the Amazon prime or net flick series on the dramatic tv series based on the behind the scenes action f A fictionalized version of a morning game show.

An ad comes on for something called “Fox Nation”, which is programming … Um… 9/11 nostalgia — as distinct from some historical things you can find right now on YouTube (like, the day’s entire Howard Stern show seems worthwhile enough.). The show appears framed around President Bush’s bullhorn moment, arguably the political approval high point of his presidency that prompted a good deal of redneck / Giuliani axis posturing of ” Can you see Al Gore doing this as well?” — posing the query for 2021 –is there a political market for that post 9/11 Bush Worship?

Back to the show, the sports-casters touch down on the 9/11 memorial events, sober as they are — panning over one of them that falls back off a close -up of one guy and I am stuck on the question — who the heck gets a tattoo of the twin towers on their arm (or any part of their body)? Maybe I am overestimating its weirdness factor, and a survivor has to send that “never forget” message, but… Maybe I am not and a sign of death just … Scratches my head.
