Pier 62/63, one of Seattle's least appreciated public parks is open again after four months of retrofitting and three months of being fenced off for a once-a-week concert series and a couple of other events.
The place is a mess. The bits of debris will wash away after a couple of rainfalls. But some of the boards shift underfoot when they're walked across.
