It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s like sitting around posting about what Lyndon LaRouche is up to lately, in that it matters as much.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Touche.\u00c2\u00a0 According to them, Events in Egypt Prove\u00c2\u00a0Larouche Right!\u00c2\u00a0 Also <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/social\/whitemale08\/the-wall-street-empire-st_b_815227_75506568.html\">events everywhere PROVE Larouche Right<\/a>!\u00c2\u00a0 It&#8217;s uncanny.\u00c2\u00a0 I think it proves Sherman Skolnik right myself.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/sheltonhull.wordpress.com\/2011\/01\/25\/more-coming-stay-tuned-in-search-of-sherman-skolnick-2002\/\">Given Skolnick\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s tendency to define himself as virtually the lone voice of reason in American media<\/a>, the only one untainted by nefarious connections to the mob or the Bilderbergs or the Rothschilds or the Mossad or the military-industrial complex (what Chomsky calls \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the Pentagon system\u00e2\u20ac\u009d), his reluctance to engage in public discourse is a little confusing. The dialogues on \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Broadsides\u00e2\u20ac\u009d are just as one-sided as those on Fox News, the guests every bit as sketchy in terms of reputation and affiliation as those on \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Nightline\u00e2\u20ac\u009d or \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Meet the Press.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Like those he criticizes, Skolnick fancies himself omniscient, so far ahead of the pack that the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153proof\u00e2\u20ac\u009d of his theories often comes from his own work. Only LaRouche is that openly referential of and reverential to himself; as opposed to Chomsky\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s dense, <em>Times<\/em>-heavy footnotes, their \u00e2\u20ac\u0153facts\u00e2\u20ac\u009d pass without even the vaguest reinforcement. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m willing to accept that as necessary to function efficiently, given his utterly unconventional worldview; after all, everyone in the media is corrupt, or corrupted\u00e2\u20ac\u201deven me, apparently, according to Skolnick<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/freedomsright.wordpress.com\/2011\/01\/29\/on-conspiracy-theorists\/\">OR\u00c2\u00a0<\/a> <em>Another way of putting it is this: you will rarely convince a conspiracy theorist that they are wrong because the conspiracy theorists as a rule are not concerned with facts, events, logic, or any of that. Instead, the conspiracy theory is merely an intellectual device -a sort of rolodex of \u00e2\u20ac\u0153villains\u00e2\u20ac\u009d who need to be \u00e2\u20ac\u0153destroyed\u00e2\u20ac\u009d because \u00e2\u20ac\u0153THEY\u00e2\u20ac\u009d are the reason the conspiracy theorist and their amigos y amigas are so politically impotent and are unable to succeed in society: it is always easier to blame others than take responsibility for oneself after all.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mlive.com\/news\/saginaw\/index.ssf\/2011\/01\/campaigners_display_signs_of_o.html\">And meantime<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><em>The two men, who said they did not want to be identified for \u00e2\u20ac\u0153security purposes,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d <\/em>(Projection?)<em>\u00c2\u00a0irked at least a few passersby who expressed frustration at the altered Obama portrait.\u00c2\u00a0 [&#8230;]<br \/>\n<\/em><em>Those LaRouche loonies still around? I thought they went extinct ages ago. There&#8217;s nothing I like about Obama&#8217;s policies. However, I don&#8217;t like any American politician being compared to Hitler. IMHO it undermines the attrocities of the nazis. I do agree that these guys have the right to do what they&#8217;re doing.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>You&#8217;d have to be more than a little nutty to travel from Redford, Michigan to the Saginaw Post Office to protest about the President, especially in this freezing weather. While there is much about La Rouche that I admire and actually promote I am aghast at the most fundamental of his words.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>In the late 1980&#8217;s I supported a political movement in Queensland called Citizens&#8217; Electoral Council (CEC). It was probably about 1989 that two of the head honchos of the movement went to America with the express purpose of meeting La Rouche. The printed matter they brought back caused me to comment, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153This bloke&#8217;s still engaged in the Boston Tea Party\u00e2\u20ac\u009d because of his unrelenting hatred of all things British. Hence the possible link.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Answer:\u00c2\u00a0 Yes I can answer.\u00c2\u00a0 The answer is no.<\/p>\n<p>From the front of\u00c2\u00a0the Larouche &#8220;Internet War Room&#8221;.\u00c2\u00a0 Something launched with Herschle Kurstofsky at the &#8220;Wikipedia Review&#8221; announcing plans to attempt &#8220;an experiment&#8221;.\u00c2\u00a0 The experiment appears to be little more than an onslaught of this time unidentified sock puppets making, verbatim, the same edits as all the previous sock puppets and making, verbatim, the same comments in response in acting dumb-founded when called on the redux.\u00c2\u00a0 The one interesting wrinkle comes in the form of the sheer inanity of the background non-Larouchian related edits, something <a href=\"http:\/\/www.struat.com\/election\/2011\/01\/21\/kesha-rogers-launches-2020-presidential-bid-narrows-veep-search-to-rachel-brown-dave-christie-and-sarah-palin\/#comment-185634\">moderately clever about Barbados Sheep<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 There is a point where the administrator that changed this group of vandalism back related this to Will Beback, which may be a necessary data point if someone is charting this &#8220;experiment&#8221;.<br \/>\nI gather they believe they have Wikipedia in a conflict with its own rules.\u00c2\u00a0 And so goes the conflict: anybody who cares enough about this topic with relation to wikipedia ends up in the two camps &#8212; cultists rounding the bend under new assumed identities, and a couple of people concerned with wikipedia&#8217;s integricty with an interest in movementarians &#8212; their re-corrections get to be called out as &#8220;OWNERSHIP&#8221;.\u00c2\u00a0 I submit that a rule change against re-litigating done issues is in order, or to look over the current set-up for the always contentious cousin of the Larouche Movement &#8212; the Scientologists.<\/p>\n<p>As a tangent, looking over the wikipedia edits and comments at Webster Tarpley &#8212; who does it profit for him to be referenced as a &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Special:Contributions\/201.83.37.248\">prominent Marxist historian<\/a>&#8221; &#8212; slightly down-graded to &#8220;adher[ing] to the Marxist historiographical method as an historian&#8221;?\u00c2\u00a0 Are there any actual Marxists who want to claim him?\u00c2\u00a0 I suppose Tarpley may have a quid pro quo with anti-communists &#8212; he gets to be a historian, they get him to be Marxist.\u00c2\u00a0 I have never had any problem categorizing Alex Jones as out of the &#8220;Right&#8221;, and where in the past he trumpeted the greatness of Ron Paul 4 times to every 1 for Cynthia McKinney and Dennis Kucinich, today the latter has been dropped your Kucinich sympathies\u00c2\u00a0and he&#8217;s referencing the evils of &#8220;Socialism&#8221; for the One World Conspiracy.\u00c2\u00a0 Perhaps, then, Tarpley is to Jones what Larouche was in Liberty Lobby reviews &#8212; &#8220;the good Communist&#8221; who slashes away at the right targets of Rockefellar, etc.\u00c2\u00a0 Extra fun note:\u00c2\u00a0 my sentiments on the <a href=\"Kennebunkport Warning\">worthiness of the Kennebunkport Warning controversy in explaining Tarpley <\/a>aligns with the sock-puppet of Herschelkrustofsky.\u00c2\u00a0 Krustofsky&#8217;s line of reasoning is not extended to the same\u00c2\u00a0point in deleting the\u00c2\u00a0material about\u00c2\u00a0Tea Party Activists protesting the Larouche presence in their gatherings.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/liberalconspiracy.org\/2011\/01\/27\/the-shoah-and-the-righteous-muslims\/#comment-229245\">fighting this sentiment<\/a>, reminscing about Walter Mondale and posting photographs of professional wrestlers, &#8220;Ace&#8221; at factnet is\u00c2\u00a0demanding\u00c2\u00a0discussion of\u00c2\u00a0Jeremiah Duggan.\u00c2\u00a0 Fine.<\/p>\n<p>Jeremiah Duggan is a cautionary tale about not joining strangers at conferences away from civilization.\u00c2\u00a0 But most youth don&#8217;t need\u00c2\u00a0any warning &#8211;\u00c2\u00a0they&#8217;re not all that inviting.\u00c2\u00a0 I puzzle over some snide reference to a dummy facebook account with &#8220;no friends&#8221; (isnt&#8217; facebook supposed to be evil &#8212; its place in the Eyptian Protests notwithstanding) &#8212; the more useful barometer for interest and concern is <a href=\"http:\/\/justiceforjeremiah.yolasite.com\/how-can-i-help.php\">the number of people signing this petition<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 We see the echoes of what is described as &#8220;ego stripping&#8221; marked in the spurious insults toward ex-members over innocuous interests.\u00c2\u00a0 Professional Wrestling and Dada are out.\u00c2\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lyndonlarouchewatch.com\/erin-belcher.htm\">So is walking in the woods and Spa Treatments<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 We can stick up an impressive list of interests high, low, and middle in its culture scale that someone might have that will be attacked and mocked if someone attends a retreat conference.\u00c2\u00a0 It occurs to me that on college campuses, the org compete for space with some groupings of itenerant fundamentalist hellfire campus preachers.\u00c2\u00a0 (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.boingboing.net\/2011\/01\/30\/reason-responds-to-a.html#comment-1011562\">Moreso than\u00c2\u00a0the Objectivists<\/a>.)\u00c2\u00a0 Thee are enough of them to create an industry for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newhavenindependent.org\/archives\/upload\/2009\/07\/Sandwich%20Board2.jpg\">these sandwich boards <\/a>and signs of long lists that include &#8220;sports nuts&#8221; and &#8220;computer nerds&#8221;.\u00c2\u00a0 I think the Larouche org ought to get in touch with these suppliers and have them custom-make something for them &#8212; replace &#8220;Damnation&#8221; with &#8220;Dark Ages&#8221;, replace some &#8212; but not all &#8212; of the afflictions and affiliations, and we get some real synergy going with this one.\u00c2\u00a0 (Hey!\u00c2\u00a0 There&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/e-watchman.com\/home\/2011\/1\/29\/the-coming-storm.html\">some synergy seen here<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>In the old days, revenire chimed in with references about the &#8220;Palme Affair&#8221;, tying it\u00c2\u00a0 into Jeremiah Duggan as a supposed misfire plot against the org.\u00c2\u00a0 Surely it is the only moment of relevance for the Swedish &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/European_Workers_Party\">European Workers Party<\/a>&#8221; &#8212; as always the more interesting wikipedia read is the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Talk:European_Workers_Party\">Larouchies&#8217;s objection to the article&#8217;s contents <\/a>, which tell the story that, yes, the Swedes had good reason to investigate the org over the assassination of Palme.\u00c2\u00a0 Looking over this, it hits me that my previous explanation for their current cause with Palin is miguided.\u00c2\u00a0 (I will note that someone from the org needs to <a href=\"http:\/\/rasica.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/01\/6a00d83451af9f69e20120a5827089970c.jpg?w=490\">alert this Larouche-posting blogger <\/a>&#8212; who posts <a href=\"http:\/\/rasica.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/01\/6a00d83451af9f69e20120a5827089970c.jpg?w=490\">this image <\/a>\u00c2\u00a0from another partisan photo-shopping source along with a bunch of images more atune to Larouche&#8211; that they love Charlie Rangle).\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0But Palin is a proxy for them, and they&#8217;re re-creating the excitement of the &#8220;political persecuation&#8221; of the Palme Assassination off of their\u00c2\u00a0Obama Mustache Hitler campaign.\u00c2\u00a0&#8230; the campaign upheld by\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/newsfornatives.com\/blog\/2011\/01\/31\/godfrey-bloom-on-alex-jones-tv-13-end-of-national-sovereignty-the-beginning-of-global-servitude-3\/\">ngonea<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Okay.\u00c2\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/thesouthernliberal.com\/2011\/01\/30\/litigating-an-election-rahm-emanuel-and-the-chicago-race-for-mayor\/\">This is fun<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0About one of the judges who made the decision regarding Rahm Emanuel.<br \/>\n<em>It\u00c2\u00a0should note that all three judges on the Appellate Court appear to have connections to the Democratic party, and the justice writing the decision,\u00c2\u00a0Justice Hoffman had been\u00c2\u00a0<\/em><a onclick=\"pageTracker._trackPageview('\/outgoing\/www.chicagocouncil.org\/judicial_pdfs\/H\/Thomas%20E.%20Hoffman.pdf');\" href=\"http:\/\/www.chicagocouncil.org\/judicial_pdfs\/H\/Thomas%20E.%20Hoffman.pdf\"><em>chastised in the past<\/em><\/a><em> by the Chicago Council of Lawyers for letting his political leanings stain his judicial reputation (in campaign material that criticized a LaRouche supporter). \u00c2\u00a0Could it be that the court stepped over its bounds in this case at someone else\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s behest? \u00c2\u00a0Who stood to gain from this anyway?<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chicagocouncil.org\/judicial_pdfs\/H\/Thomas%20E.%20Hoffman.pdf\">So&#8230; <\/a><em>In the March 1994 primary, the Council rated Judge Hoffman highly qualified for election to the Appellate Court. After that rating, just before the primary election, Judge Hoffman paid for his name to appear with other candidates on an election flier urging voters to vote for real Democrats and to avoid voting for LaRouche party candidates. The clear implication of this flier was that the opponents of the candidates listed on it were LaRouche party candidates. The flier would be understood by most voters to mean that Judge Hoffman\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s opponents were LaRouche party members and would be understood by many voters to impugn those candidates.\u00c2\u00a0 Unfortunately, Judge Hoffman and the other judicial candidates listed on this flier had no LaRouche party opponents. The flier was deceptive and likely to mislead voters.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>False Implication.\u00c2\u00a0 A smear for his opponent on the ballot.\u00c2\u00a0 You&#8217;re politically dead in the water with this tar.<\/p>\n<p>Actually, strike something from earlier.\u00c2\u00a0 I don&#8217;t even know if they&#8217;re doing the college campus much these days.\u00c2\u00a0 The balance really does seem tilted toward the Post Office Circuit.\u00c2\u00a0 Or maybe college papers just don&#8217;t bother mentioning them much?\u00c2\u00a0 They&#8217;ve the cadres in six divisions for electoral office &#8212; starting on the road to a new Congressional Caucus that will do battle with the Blue Dog Caucus and the Progressive Caucus.\u00c2\u00a0 I say it is not too early for Adam Smith to dig\u00c2\u00a0up opposition research and go over the public statements made by his primary opponent, Dave Christie.\u00c2\u00a0 <em>You don&#8217;t want to become the\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/em><em>Ralph Yarborough<\/em><em>\u00c2\u00a0to a potential Lloyd Bentsen in Dave Christie<\/em>.\u00c2\u00a0 I will sooner or later start <a href=\"http:\/\/doug-christie-wa9thwoot.blogspot.com\/\">on this blog here<\/a> &#8212; but the election is a ways away, so I am in no hurry.\u00c2\u00a0 Hell &#8212; <em>I didn&#8217;t even get the name right originally<\/em>!<br \/>\nFor further implications on that eventual &#8220;Dave Christie Blog Project&#8221; &#8212; <a href=\"http:\/\/conservativeamericannews.com\/debt-and-deficit\/latest-on-egyptian-chaos\/comment-page-1#comment-255298\">see this comment<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 They need to mention the name more often, lest they diverge away from it after Larouche passes.<\/p>\n<p>First thing&#8217;s first &#8212; Is Adam Smith able to double the square?<code><\/code><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After their phenomenal electoral landslide mudslide, I kind of resolved not waste my energy on the VT secessionists any more.
