\nShe is running advertisements on KPOJ.\u00c2\u00a0 (A few skips from the “Technocracy” ad spot, I suppose.)\u00c2\u00a0 For the life of me, I don’t really know why.\u00c2\u00a0 I could theorize ways her pitch — Earl Blumenauer is throwing people out of his office<\/em> — might resonate with the listenership of KPOJ.\u00c2\u00a0 But I don’t understand her latest ad.
\n“Go to my website and watch these videos!”
\n… of, Earl Blumenuer calling the “Tea Party” rally names,\u00c2\u00a0“weasals” as the\u00c2\u00a0case may be\u00c2\u00a0— and for some reason her ad drops out just after the name “Glenn Beck”, with the statement … what is it?\u00c2\u00a0 … “This is what Earl Blumenauer thinks of US!”
\n… No.\u00c2\u00a0 That’s,\u00c2\u00a0I guess,\u00c2\u00a0what Earl Bluemenuer thinks of you, not us.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Hence his new dorky up-beat ad<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n

Next clip of Earl Blumenauer… what is this?\u00c2\u00a0 It’s someone asking his why he opposes such a common sense measure as the Balanced Budget Amendment with a perfectly appropriate answer that might resonate with a different audience — there’s, like,\u00c2\u00a0half a dozen conservative talk radio stations to choose from, and\u00c2\u00a0the video for the commercial spots shown on youtube and her campaign website show her next to a local host on KPAM.\u00c2\u00a0 In the “citizen journalism” that is represented with the q and a,\u00c2\u00a0Blumenauer\u00c2\u00a0drops in the word “Opportunity”, hence getting Delia Lopez to shout “Opportunity???” in a tone of outrage.\u00c2\u00a0 I can’t quite tell if this counts as “out of context theater”, but it is slim pickings.<\/p>\n

All very weird.<\/p>\n

THIS <\/a>is funny.
\nProgressive Earl Blumenauer comes in a close second and this man is so far out of touch with his constituents its not even funny.
\n<\/em>
\nSo what?\u00c2\u00a0 The ad would work alongside the ad played on the various stations “What is Obama thinking?\u00c2\u00a0 He’s attacking the good business people job creators of the Chamber of Commerce and the upstanding Grass Roots millions of the Tea Party and Freedom Works???\u00c2\u00a0 Instead of listening to them???”
\nZounds!\u00c2\u00a0 The mind reels!
\nI don’t know if it’d inch her vote total up to above the 20s percentage into the 30s, but it’d probably fish for some more campaign donations in the “Campaiging as a hobby” that these runs represent.\u00c2\u00a0 But it appears she has work to do.\u00c2\u00a0 When you type “Earl Blumenuer” into youtube, the “Promoted Video” choice is Libertarian \/ “Independent Party” candidate Jeff Lawrence.\u00c2\u00a0 We’ll just see who comes in second.<\/p>\n
