{"id":6044,"date":"2010-05-06T08:07:21","date_gmt":"2010-05-06T15:07:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.struat.com\/election\/?p=6044"},"modified":"2010-05-06T08:10:18","modified_gmt":"2010-05-06T15:10:18","slug":"america-is-full-of-nuts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.struat.com\/election\/2010\/05\/06\/america-is-full-of-nuts\/","title":{"rendered":"America is Full of Nuts."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>A Georgia man has been arrested\u00c2\u00a0in Tennessee&#8211;authorities say  he\u00c2\u00a0headed to Madisonville, armed and prepared to take over the  courthouse.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Darren Huff stands charged of traveling in interstate commerce with  intent to incite a riot and transporting in commerce a firearm in  furtherance of a civil disorder.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The FBI says Huff traveled to Tennessee armed  with a pistol on his hip and an assault rifle in his truck, intent on  carrying out citizen&#8217;s arrests of 24 federal, state, and local  officials, and on seeing that another man did not face trial for trying  to do the same.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>On April 1, Walter Francis  Fitzpatrick had tried a citizen&#8217;s arrest of Grand Jury Foreman Gary  Pettway. Fitzpatrick had previously tried to get the grand  jury to indict President Barack Obama on charges of treason, with no  success. Fitzpatrick was charged with disorderly conduct, inciting to  riot, disrupting a meeting, and resisting arrest.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Indeed.\u00c2\u00a0 Type his name in google and <a href=\"http:\/\/obambi.wordpress.com\/2009\/03\/26\/fitzpatrick\/\">this is the first thing that pops up<\/a>&#8212; I guess the background to understand this story and what these people think they are doing.\u00c2\u00a0 Second thing that pops up?\u00c2\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/jaghunters.blogspot.com\/2007\/06\/walter-francis-fitzpatrick-iii-p.html\">Good lord<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 But<a href=\"http:\/\/thejaghunter.wordpress.com\/\"> it gets better.<\/a> And the man can&#8217;t accuse of putting his side of the story here.<\/p>\n<p><em>SOETORO-OBAMA and Tennessee Democrat Governor PHIL BREDESEN are working closely together as chief executives constructing an unspeakable pretend public crisis in Monroe County Tennessee.<br \/>\nLiberal media correspondents are doing all they can to spread their fable.<br \/>\nThe chief design of their manufactured crisis is to divert attention away from SOETORO-OBAMA\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s TREASON and GARY PETTWAY\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s approximate 27-year run as Monroe County grand jury foreman heading 54 or more grand juries (two grand juries in each year).<br \/>\nSOETORO-OBAMA and BREDESEN knowingly and falsely claim various loose collections of American Veterans and Militiamen planned a full-scale armed assault on the Monroe County Courthouse in Madisonville Tennessee.<br \/>\nSOETORO-OBAMA and BREDESEN are terrorizing and paralyzing the local citizenry using draconian, police-state tactics in reaction to their own invented threat. SOETORO-OBAMA and BREDESEN are using military-style force to instill widespread fear ensuring continued public tameness.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Anyway, back to the Mainstream Media.<\/p>\n<p><em>The FBI said Fitzpatrick had drafted and issued citizen&#8217;s arrest  warrants for the state, local, and federal officials.<\/em><em>Fitzpatrick was headed to trial on his charges on April 20.<\/em><em>FBI officials say Huff didn&#8217;t want Fitzpatrick to go to trial,  so\u00c2\u00a0planned to head to Tennessee.<\/em><em>The FBI interviewed a bank manager who said Huff told him on April 15  that Fitzpatrick had been falsely arrested, that Huff was in the  Georgia militia, and that 8 or 9 other militia groups were headed to  Madisonville on April 20 to &#8220;take over the city.&#8221; The bank manager said  Huff told him he&#8217;d see\u00c2\u00a0Huff&#8217;s actions on the noon news.<\/em><em>FBI agents interviewed Huff at his home on April 19, and Huff said he  would be traveling to Tennessee to help Fitzpatrick get the charges  against him dropped. Huff told agents there would be no violence unless  they were provoked into violence.<br \/>\nStill, he told agents he planned to travel with his Colt .45 handgun  and AK-47 rifle.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Then, on April 20, officers in Madisonville reported numerous  individuals in possession of openly displayed and concealed firearms, in  the area around the courthouse.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>FBI agents had observed Huff leaving his home around 6:15 that  morning. Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers pulled him over in Sweetwater  for traffic violations of traffic control device, registration law, and  following too closely.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Wait.\u00c2\u00a0 Wait.\u00c2\u00a0 I think the man may have something here.\u00c2\u00a0 The police were looking for any excuse to pull him over.<\/p>\n<p><em>The troopers said Huff\u00c2\u00a0volunteered that he planned to travel to  Madisonville to take over the courthouse, to arrest the people on  Fitzpatrick&#8217;s warrants&#8211;who he termed &#8220;domestic enemies of the United  States engaged in treason&#8221;&#8211;and to turn those arrested over to state  police to place in jail.<\/em><em>The troopers said Huff told them if they didn&#8217;t have enough people on  April 20 to do all they planned on that day, they&#8217;d be back in 1-2  weeks.<\/em><em>The troopers said Huff also told them he was ready to die for his  rights and what he believed in, and that he would not consent to a  search of his truck.<br \/>\nThen on April 21, Huff recorded a radio broadcast, talking about his  traffic stop and saying he did have weapons and ammunition with him.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Figure this story out?<\/p>\n<p><em>Interesting. Now why Madisonville, Tennessee of all places needs to be  the origin of treason charges against the Mr. Obama, I am really having  trouble figuring out. Further, putting the grand jury of said are under  citizens arrest to push the matter of indicting Obama for treason is  another step further away from anything I would call rational.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Now  I do appreciate the man&#8217;s honesty. You have to give him that.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I  wonder if these folks ever sat down and studied what it actually takes  to pursue treason charges in the US. There have only been 15 people ever  convicted of treason in the history of the US. The last one was in  1952. If they ever bothered to research that on statemiltitiamembers.org  or cliffsguidetotheconstitution.net or wherever they are getting their  information, they might resolve themselves to be upset and try to do  something about it from within the system. If the grocery store stops  carrying their brand of chewing tobacco, do they plan on burning it down  as well?<br \/>\nI&#8217;m not completely convinced the man is crazy.
