To drop all traces of political disagreements from a speech such as that is to attempt to find a lowest common denominator in which everybody can agree on.  I suppose such is possible, but it would probably lead to an even more vacuous speech than I hear Bush gave. (I don&#8217;t make a habit of listening to what Bush has to say, as he doesn&#8217;t have much to offer.)<\/p>\n<p>Divided we Stand, United We fall &#8212; because it takes too much coersion to make us &#8220;united&#8221;.
