I hate my blog sometimes.\u00c2\u00a0 Other people have normal blogs and receive normal comments from normal people about normal things.\u00c2\u00a0 My mother, for instance.\u00c2\u00a0 She has a blog.\u00c2\u00a0 It’s the type of blog that you can show to your mother,\u00c2\u00a0and your mother\u00c2\u00a0would\u00c2\u00a0feel more than\u00c2\u00a0comfortable\u00c2\u00a0leaving a comment\u00c2\u00a0there.<\/p>\n

Me?\u00c2\u00a0 Oh sure, I can tap on the shoulders of a local cartoonist or a famous children’s book author every once in a while.\u00c2\u00a0 Or fall into some local electoral politics and mix some things up there.\u00c2\u00a0 But otherwise I am swirling around events from Leesburg.\u00c2\u00a0 And,\u00c2\u00a0seemingly just so the blog fates can mock me,\u00c2\u00a0I squeeze out something for the latest cause de jour\u00c2\u00a0for Bill White, and\u00c2\u00a0receive a comment from this proprietor of, reportedly,\u00c2\u00a0the second largest neo-Nazi website.<\/p>\n

What is wrong with me?\u00c2\u00a0 What is wrong with my blog?<\/p>\n

Actually, regarding Mike White, of overthrow.com.\u00c2\u00a0 Trumpeting his ideology in White supremacism is an ideology I will call shameless self-promotion, for instance inserting a fictional account of him meeting with Ron Paul people to discuss a supposed Ron Paul covert neo-nazi agenda.\u00c2\u00a0 But, what I sort of know him as is the dual bit of particulars discussed h<\/a>ere — ie: he managed to insert himself into news coverage of two school shootings.\u00c2\u00a0 An unbelievable, somewhat darkly amusing, feat.<\/p>\n

Which brings me to my line of questioning for Bill White.\u00c2\u00a0 The Libertartarian National Socialist Green Party(!!!)<\/em><\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0 What is the thoroughline which connects the two seemingly different strands\u00c2\u00a0of “the party”: seemingly an esoteric joke website, then a deadly serious website of neo-nazi ideology?\u00c2\u00a0 Who, manning the controls,\u00c2\u00a0shifted the focus and, precisely, when?\u00c2\u00a0 And when, oh when, did Bill White become anything of a “spokes-person” for the thing — What?\u00c2\u00a0 He was tapped for membership when Jeffrey Weisz went on that rampage in Minnesota, and that was that?<\/p>\n

As for the Indiana candidate in question, Tony Zirkle: White provides us with a typical supposing of mass support for a candidate who once received 30 percent in a Republican primary and is not about to achieve 30 percent anytime soon.\u00c2\u00a0 I suppose such delusion clouds every corner of the ideological spectrum, it’s just that it’s more ridiculous a fantasy off to the fringes, basically by definition.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
