{"id":2837,"date":"2008-04-04T17:21:47","date_gmt":"2008-04-05T00:21:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.struat.com\/election\/2008\/04\/04\/facing-the-collapse\/"},"modified":"2008-04-04T17:21:47","modified_gmt":"2008-04-05T00:21:47","slug":"facing-the-collapse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.struat.com\/election\/2008\/04\/04\/facing-the-collapse\/","title":{"rendered":"Facing the Collapse."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It appears that the central committee of Lyndon Larouche&#8217;s has collapsed.\u00c2\u00a0 It is difficult for me not to connect what appear to be rather massively sized dots (splots?) with one massively thick line.<\/p>\n<p>I refer to those two internal daily briefings, one for March 10 and one for March 11, where Larouche complains about man-power shortage, people taking on &#8220;outside projects&#8221;, and the specter of Benedict Arnold under-mining the cult.\u00c2\u00a0 And I refer to a piece his propaganda mill published and spit out for March 25 where he, again, complained about his man-power shortage and his associates (whom he hates) taking on &#8220;outside projects&#8221;, something which has been reported as far back as last summer as happening but the tension of has finally appeared to snowball into something catastrophic.\u00c2\u00a0 This is one set of dots.<\/p>\n<p>The other set of dots is comprised of the fact that the rss feed is spitting out a dramatically reduced number of items out at me.\u00c2\u00a0 Also in the sudden disappearance of &#8220;Jeff Steinberg&#8217;s Weekly Political Report&#8221; for two weeks.\u00c2\u00a0 And, for that matter, the publication of nothing over Easter weekend.\u00c2\u00a0 For a year I have been watching to see what functions flicker off and darken with the Larouche organization, seeing how it matches the somewhat bold explanation of the Washington Monthly&#8217;s promotional item for the Avi Klein article stating that &#8220;Ken Kronberg&#8217;s suicide marks the death of the Lyndon Larouche Movement.&#8221;\u00c2\u00a0 This is one of those functions which has eroded, and let it be said that it collapsed in March of 2008.\u00c2\u00a0 A dark age beckons, similar to the second Dark Age interval of &#8212; whatever years that is.<\/p>\n<p>I begin to wonder about revenire&#8217;s appearance to steer us toward an Italian dignitary&#8217;s reference to a &#8220;New Bretton Woods&#8221;, and the various HBPA resolutions passed by various municipal and state governments &#8212; revenire appearing, oddly enough, March 11.<\/p>\n<p>We are a week away from April 11, the one year anniversary of Kenneth Kronberg&#8217;s suicide.\u00c2\u00a0 Larouche&#8217;s belated self-serving response was a call to continue to pursue that magical &#8220;Immortality&#8221;.\u00c2\u00a0 The March 25th missive shows him returning to that self-serving phrase, &#8220;One of the things I hate about my associates&#8221; being that they are no longer working for his immortality.\u00c2\u00a0 If you read these dots right, mortal men and women are seemingly winding their way to a mixture of mortal pursuits and an entirely different and more sound version of whatever &#8220;Immortality&#8221; can possibly be, leaving the organization to the mortal task of duct-taping up and covering up this collapse.\u00c2\u00a0 How?\u00c2\u00a0 Rearrange the deck-chairs, I suppose.\u00c2\u00a0 They still have a core of someone in Leesburg, right?\u00c2\u00a0 Something is sputtering out of their rss feed, just not a whole heck of a lot.<\/p>\n<p>The thing continues.\u00c2\u00a0 It lives.\u00c2\u00a0 Kind of.\u00c2\u00a0 The LYM are running around, however many of them there are, isolated from outside influence somewhat in cold storage, waging theatrical presentations where they don&#8217;t quite imitate Felix Royatin because they don&#8217;t really know what he looks like, or even quite know if he is a real person, and Michael Bloomberg &#8212; who they think is running for president.\u00c2\u00a0 Never peddling any printed material, there.\u00c2\u00a0 Larouche&#8217;s hope for &#8220;Immortality&#8221; lies with them, bridged together by what infrastructure, I cannot quite say.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It appears that the central committee of Lyndon Larouche&#8217;s has collapsed.\u00c2\u00a0 It is difficult for me not to connect what appear to be rather massively sized dots (splots?) with one massively thick line.
