Certainly, it cannot be black Americans\u00e2\u20ac\u201dwho overwhelmingly support the president, according to polling data. It cannot be conservative Republicans, who have rejected his lackluster candidacy, favoring Donald Trump and Sens. Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio. Carson, who shed nearly half his staff in recent weeks, has yet to concede defeat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Maybe he&#8217;s just speaking Truth to Power?\u00c2\u00a0 That Bill Clinton was the first Black President, under his estimation.<\/p>\n<p>Ted Cruz&#8217;s dirty tricks against Marco Rubio&#8230; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2016\/02\/22\/politics\/rick-tyler-marco-rubio-video-apology\/\">backfires<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p class=\"zn-body__paragraph\"><em>The story mentioned by Tyler was about a video that shows Rubio walking into a hotel lobby past Cruz&#8217;s father Rafael and a staffer reading the Bible, and subtitles in the video misquote Rubio as saying, &#8220;Got a good book there, not many answers in it.&#8221;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>In a corrected version of the video tweeted by Rubio&#8217;s communications director, Alex Conant, the subtitles quote Rubio saying, &#8220;Got a good book there, all the answers are in there.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"zn-body__paragraph\">If only he had said the first thing, he would be speaking truth to power&#8230;<\/p>\n<p class=\"zn-body__paragraph\"><a href=\"http:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2016\/02\/22\/mccarthy-its-a-two-person-race-between-trump-and-rubio-video\/\">And in the aftermath of the latest primary victory by Trump<\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p class=\"zn-body__paragraph\"><em>House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy <span data-cr-member=\"McCarthy|Kevin\"><\/span>says that it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a two person race on the Republican side between Donald Trump and Marco Rubio<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zn-body__paragraph\">Har de har.\u00c2\u00a0 Cruz disagrees, for some reason.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ben Carson is running for&#8230; the purpose of being a foil against Ted Cruz, maybe?
