This was, say, within three weeks of our arrival here.&#8221;  &#8212; Dick Cheney on Rush Limbaugh.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not the first person to say this, and I won&#8217;t be the last, but&#8230; &#8220;wasn&#8217;t in the loop&#8221;?<\/p>\n<p>His job title was <i>White House Counterterrorism Coordinator<\/i>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>If you look up &#8220;loop&#8221; in the dictionary, circa 2001, you will see, since the items in this loop  are in the photograph&#8217;s sight, a picture of Richard Clark smack dab in the middle of said loop&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Maybe Cheney would be on the edge of this loop&#8230; I don&#8217;t know.<\/p>\n<p>Unless we have more than one loop going here.
