One of the more striking Republican triumphs was confirmed after sunrise today as Little Rock businessman Frank White ousted incumbent Bill Clinton in Arkansas.<\/p>\n<p>At 33, Clinton is the youngest governor and was regarded one of the rising stars among Democrats.
