{"id":10657,"date":"2012-11-04T13:31:16","date_gmt":"2012-11-04T20:31:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.struat.com\/election\/?p=10657"},"modified":"2012-11-04T13:31:41","modified_gmt":"2012-11-04T20:31:41","slug":"the-concerted-denialist-efforts-from-the-org-regarding-why-we-left","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.struat.com\/election\/2012\/11\/04\/the-concerted-denialist-efforts-from-the-org-regarding-why-we-left\/","title":{"rendered":"the concerted denialist efforts from the org regarding &#8220;Why We Left&#8221;, and Election 2012:  Kesha Rogers in BREAK mode"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>I.<\/strong> \u00c2\u00a0I had from the start understood &#8220;fall&#8221; as the latest incarnation of revenire, retour, ace, friend&#8230; but it was hard to really care or draw any attention to the postings. \u00c2\u00a0So I waffled on on pointing out one jarring line of absurdity, and decided to skip at the movement. \u00c2\u00a0He claimed to have &#8220;heard&#8221; or &#8220;seen&#8221; Summer Shields at a deployment in So-Cal. \u00c2\u00a0This line of misdirection came right off the heels where the LYMers had verified the notable disappearances of members.<br \/>\nI have one thought on the repeated call from the disingenuous Larouchie&#8217;s call for contributors of &#8220;Why We Left&#8221; to post at factnet: \u00c2\u00a0I wouldn&#8217;t. \u00c2\u00a0There may be something to gain from working out differences with someone of recent LYM membership who holds it as true overall but with exaggerations or overly dramatic fluouishes of emphasis, but there isn&#8217;t any in tangling with concerted denialists of the whole affair.<\/p>\n<p>Other odd factnet posting&#8230; a claim that &#8220;there have been low level members&#8221; who&#8217;ve left due to WWL followed by the insistence that there&#8217;s been a sole one. \u00c2\u00a0Interesting. \u00c2\u00a0This brings us back to the &#8220;If I reach just one, it&#8217;ll be worth it&#8221;, except that even that doesn&#8217;t matter much &#8211; or matter to be the most important aspect of &#8220;Why We Left&#8221;. \u00c2\u00a0It&#8217;s a witnessing, and one chapter written in the history of the org.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II. \u00c2\u00a0<\/strong> Also out of factnet &#8230; The image of Larouche Planet&#8230; &#8220;Those are good people&#8221; &#8220;not deserving of&#8221; this. \u00c2\u00a0Well, it can&#8217;t really be helped. \u00c2\u00a0These deployments are the primary point of contact the public has with this political organization, and unless there&#8217;s a request to &#8230; say&#8230; photoshop over the faces a generic face (two dots for eyes and one line for mouth within a circle) &#8212; it&#8217;s apt political commentary to place them on a Martian surface. \u00c2\u00a0What wouldn&#8217;t fit is if you were to photoshop Hitler Mustaches over their face &#8212; though even that would have its slim advantage in the &#8220;I know you are but what am I&#8221; focus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The latest PO Tour Stops&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/slog.thestranger.com\/slog\/archives\/2012\/10\/19\/awesome-80-year-old-woman-steals-larouchies-signs\">The final word on the elderly woman who knocked over the signage.<\/a>..<\/p>\n<p>they&#8217;ve disappeared from Oly too. I got into it with them more than once, but the best thing I ever saw was the elderly Jewish gentleman with his concentration camp numbers on his arm berate them over their signs and shoving those numbers in their faces.<br \/>\nNever see them in Utah though&#8230;.<br \/>\nThey set up at 23rd and Jackson by my apartment a few times in the spring\/early summer. Then one day there was a fistfight over it. Took the police like an hour to sort the whole mess out.<br \/>\nI haven&#8217;t seen them since.<br \/>\nMy conservative friend once insisted to me that the Tea Party doesn&#8217;t have a racism problem. According to him, the people with &#8220;Obongo&#8221; signs are all just LaRouchies hanging out with the Teabaggers.<br \/>\nI once took all the reading material on a Larouchebag&#8217;s table and threw it in the busy street.<br \/>\nA difference between this lady and the goobers who generally steal or deface signs: She took her lumps for it. She dared them to find her, got arrested, and didn&#8217;t whine about it. I think we&#8217;re in for a surprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>III. \u00c2\u00a0Elections 2012.<\/strong> \u00c2\u00a0On the eve of another Presidential (and many a down ticket) election, we get word that&#8230;<br \/>\n<em>\u00c2\u00a0He did it in 1976. \u00c2\u00a0Now he&#8217;s holding another one in 2012. \u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/tgtai.net\/conspiracy\/2012\/11\/01\/now-hell-do-it-again\/\">An election eve press conference<\/a>. \u00c2\u00a0The cult runs in circles. \u00c2\u00a0<\/em>It occurred without incident.<\/p>\n<p>Also noted, <a href=\"http:\/\/amphiktyon-foreign.blogspot.com\/2012\/10\/eirstrategic-alert.html\">Larouche has declared Romney the lesser of two evils<\/a>. \u00c2\u00a0More or less. \u00c2\u00a0No call to vote for him, though. \u00c2\u00a0No small hope that a Romney victory would bring with it the small hope of the Larouche org reaching his administration for advisement, or the sudden appearance of Glass Steagall on the dias.<\/p>\n<p>Diane Sare, sure to remark on Chris Christie touring storm devasted New Jersey with President Obama in tow. \u00c2\u00a0Or, I suppose the line is that if you think that the storm was devastated, wait until we get THERMONUCLEAR WAR.<\/p>\n<p>It looks like Kesha Rogers is on the verge of victory, if you just judge the online commentary.<\/p>\n<p>No<a href=\"http:\/\/www.usmessageboard.com\/politics\/255797-woman-arrested-for-removing-obama-hitler-sign-2.html\">. I don&#8217;t agree with him, doubt you do either. However it wouldn&#8217;t surprise me a bit that you agree with someone his polar opposite.<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.usmessageboard.com\/politics\/255797-woman-arrested-for-removing-obama-hitler-sign-2.html\">\u00c2\u00a0I can&#8217;t possibly imagine what the\u00c2\u00a0<em>polar opposite<\/em>\u00c2\u00a0of Lyndon LaRouche would b<\/a>e.<\/p>\n<p>I <a href=\"http:\/\/www.democraticunderground.com\/10021601200#post13\">go through and pick them each individually. This time I had one Green to vote for as well because we had a La Rouche follower as a dem candidate against Pete Olson (Rep -22). Olson will win easily but I still refused to vote for her &#8211; she went around hanging up those Hitler photos of Obama<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>O<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bayareahouston.net\/2012\/10\/and-or-duh-endorsements-coming-from.html\">ne, you know who I will endorse, except for the loney tunes of Kesha Rogers, the LaRouche cult candidate running as a Democrat, and a couple of others, but for the most part no one is on pins and needles waiting for an endorsement from m<\/a>e.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonmonthly.com\/political-animal-a\/2012_10\/this_years_ballot_joke040674.php\">Washington Monthly blogger posts on the Tennessee Senate candidate, and we get this<\/a>: \u00c2\u00a0The Texas Democratic Party is similarly in bad shape; the House candidate running in my open district (Ron Paul&#8217;s seat) is a Lyndon LaRouche &#8216;Democrat&#8217; who thinks Obama should be impeached. Up until now, I&#8217;ve lived in fairly safe &#8216;blue&#8217; districts; I hate not having a House candidate I can support. \u00c2\u00a0Personally, I don&#8217;t think of these people as jokes, but as dirty tricks. My gut tells me that Alvin Greene (the dud who &#8216;beat out&#8217; Vic Rawl to run against Jim DeMint in South Carolina) was a successful &#8216;dirty trick&#8217;.<br \/>\nPeter C, the LaRouchie who&#8217;s running as a (D) is in TX-22, Kesha Rogers, is going for the seat currently held by Pete Olson. The (D) candidate for Ron Paul&#8217;s seat (TX-14) is Nick Lampson, who represented this area before the district lines were redrawn in 2003.<br \/>\nThat said, Kesha Rogers is a real piece of work. This is her second run for the seat, having now twice won the (D) primary.\u00c2\u00a0Here she is (on the right, with the Obama-as-Hitler poster, in 2010.\u00c2\u00a0There&#8217;s a lot of &#8220;operation Chaos&#8221;-type crossover voting going on there, just to fnck with the local Dems.<br \/>\nI showed up at the polls during the primary expecting to vote for Lampson, and luckily I&#8217;d also looked at Rogers and George, so I voted for the person who better represents my views. I think I&#8217;ll write in George this time around, and start building a pocket of sanity for next time. At least, I&#8217;ll ensure that the voters in my precinct know ahead of time what their primary and general election options are. I think this is a case of having to become the Democratic Party in my locality.<\/p>\n<p>Hope springs eternal, and\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/tgtai.net\/conspiracy\/2012\/10\/23\/rogers-campaign-in-break-out-mode-for-larouche-policies\/\">Harley Schlanger describes the Kesha Rogers campaign<\/a>.<br \/>\n<em>Outside of the Obama-Romney campaign, there is almost no visible presence of any campaigns in the Houston, Texas area, as the Nov. 6 election draws near\u00e2\u20ac\u2122except for that of LaRouche Democrat Kesha Rogers, the Democratic nominee in the 22nd District. Rogers\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 campaign has been everywhere in the district, from boisterous rallies at well-traveled intersections, to door-to-door deployments in the suburban neighborhoods, which make up the bulk of the district. Organizers for the campaign are finding that many people are familiar with Rogers and her fight to remove Obama, though awareness that she is on the ballot is not yet universal, especially as this has been historically a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Republican district,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and many of the voters mindlessly pull the voting machine lever for a straight Republican ticket. \u00c2\u00a0Will the inclusion of former Ron Paul voters in the redrawn district attract votes to Kesha Rogers? \u00c2\u00a0Or will the more partisan advantage off-set this theoretical gain? \u00c2\u00a0We will see in a couple days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IV. \u00c2\u00a0Media Appearances.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jeff Steinberg pops over on CSPAN. \u00c2\u00a0As mentioned with\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gopusa.com\/commentary\/2012\/10\/30\/kincaid-big-oil-underwrites-anti-israel-conference\/\">Cliff Kincaid doing a bit of connection on an Obama appointee &#8212; who spoke to a US-Arab policy center, as did Jeffrey Steinberg once<\/a>. \u00c2\u00a0A fairly random and recurring theme:<br \/>\n<em>LaRouche is considered the intellectual author of the 9\/11 Truth movement because he questioned whether Arabs or Muslims had staged the attack. \u00c2\u00a0<\/em>Considered by whom?
