Caucusing and making a difference are two different things. Ms. Rogers will make a difference, and is already making a difference, as exemplified by her leadership on many issues, all of which are laid out on her web site and campaign literature<\/em>. \u00c2\u00a0 Uh huh.\u00c2\u00a0 Counterpoint:\u00c2\u00a0 <em>How will she make a difference?
